Simplicity is medicine for the heart and spirit. Maybe life is not about adding on more and more
but learning to let go and be content with the simple things. When we connect with a simple way of being, we open a gate for others to enter.

In humble hands a simple life can be built.

In a simple moment a stranger can become a friend.

At the right time a simple gesture can bring peace to the world.

From a simple instrument an artist can express his or her spirit.

The woman who embraces simplicity is beautiful without trying.

The man who understands simplicity knows that less is more.

In a simple heart contentment lives.

A spoon of rice cannot be taken for granted or simplicity shall fade away.

My Dad before he passed said " the more you have the more you worry what you have " or something along those lines.
Hard to get back to SIMPLE in this modern world that seems to lack compassion and empathy and promotes profit over people
