Breathing With Music To Relieve Stress And Anxiety
This solo flute meditation was created with breathing and relaxation in mind. Inhale, and as the flute begins to play, exhale, releasing anything that you are holding onto that no longer serves you. Slowly breathe in during the space in between the notes, and exhale along with the flute, relaxing your muscles and releasing tension along the way.
