This composition features alto flute and minimal drones, chimes and bells that float in and out to put the listener into a deeply relaxed state.

It is an instrumental meditation intended to help bring the listener into a state of relaxation, bliss, peace, and harmony.

Despite the name of the piece, this is one of my favorites for falling asleep at night. Love the alto flute and chimes. The movement & spaciousness of the piece is so relaxing.
