In this meditation you will journey with your angels to a crystal healing temple where you will meet with Kuan Yin.
Kuan Yin is the eastern goddess of compassion,
Mercy and protection and her name literally means she who hears prayers and Kuan Yin does in fact hear and answer every prayer that's sent her way.
She's often called the Mother Mary of the East because she represents feminine divinity and goddess energy in the Buddhist religion,
Just in the same way that Mary radiates sweet loving femininity within Christianity.
To receive the healing benefits of this meditation it's important for you to find somewhere comfortable to lie or sit and make sure that you won't be disturbed and remember not to listen to this meditation while you are driving or operating heavy machinery.
So if you're ready we will begin.
So just focusing on your breathing now,
Really beginning to relax.
So taking some deep breaths in and out,
In and out.
And just get that sense of relaxation going throughout your body.
Your head starting to feel more and more relaxed.
Your neck,
Your arms,
Your body and your legs feeling heavier and heavier as you become more and more relaxed.
And remember to breathe deeply throughout this meditation because it will help you connect with your angels as we go through this.
So I want you now to take your focus to your feet and imagine beautiful strong roots coming out of your feet and going through the layers of the earth and rock all the way down into the earth.
Just pushing those roots further and further into Mother Earth and you can see them spreading out like roots of a tree all the way down and relaxing even further as you focus on this.
And as your roots get to the centre of the earth you see a beautiful rose quartz crystal and just sink your roots into that crystal.
So you are now feeling completely grounded and relaxed.
And just taking your focus now to your body and I want you to imagine a beautiful purple colour all around you.
And that purple colour is the colour of protection.
Just breathe that purple in and out and just see that purple filling your aura more and more and more and more.
And you are feeling really relaxed now.
And as you are feeling relaxed and protected we invite your angels to join you.
And you sense the angelic presence coming into the room.
And just know that these are your angels and they are going to be transmitting their angelic healing energies to you throughout this meditation.
And your angels now are all around you and they begin to lift you and you feel yourself getting lighter and lighter.
And you feel yourself being lifted out of the room,
Up through the roof.
Just feeling lighter and lighter,
Supported by your angels.
Going up and up through the sky,
Into the cosmos,
Higher and higher.
And you are so supported by your angels now as they lift you higher and higher.
And you see before you a shimmering light and your angels are taking you towards that light.
And as you get nearer you can see a beautiful crystal temple.
And your angels leave you at the steps to this beautiful healing temple.
And now they begin to walk with you and you walk up some steps.
Six steps and you take those steps with your angels.
And as you enter the temple you see a beautiful crystal healing bed in the middle of the room.
You walk over to that bed and you get on it and you lie down and relax.
And your angels come around the bed and they start to give you healing energy.
You feel their hands as they give you healing.
Just enjoy this healing energy from your angels.
And remember to breathe deeply throughout as it allows the healing energy.
That's right,
Just allowing those angels to heal you.
Feeling relaxed and feeling protected.
And as the angels finish their healing they start to step back.
And Kuan Yin,
The Eastern Goddess of Compassion steps forward.
And in her hand she has a beautiful clear quartz crystal.
And she starts to heal and she places her crystal at various points over your body and transmits her healing energy to you.
Just allow this to happen.
And you feel the energy of that healing crystal.
And as she's healing you,
You can hear affirmations being spoken.
And these are affirmations for you to take on board now.
And you hear,
The past is gone.
I live only in the present.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am emotionally healed from the pain from the past.
The past is gone.
I live only in the present.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am emotionally healed from the pain from the past.
The past is gone.
I live only in the present.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am emotionally healed from the pain.
And as Quan Yin's healing comes to a close,
You feel your aura filling with light.
A beautiful,
Opalescent white light.
And just feel that energy and that light fill your aura.
And you feel so safe,
So protected and strong after that healing.
And your angels now step forward again and help you off the crystal bed.
And you make your way with your angels to the entrance of the temple.
And you start to descend.
And you start to walk down those steps.
And as you get to the bottom step,
Your angels once again carry you.
And they are carrying you down,
Back through the cosmos,
Back through the sky,
Back through the roof of your house,
And back into your chair or bed.
And you feel yourself coming back into your body.
And you feel yourself getting heavier and heavier.
And you take some deep breaths.
So you're breathing in and breathing out again.
Feeling relaxed and happy and confident.
And just take your focus again to your feet and just push those roots all the way into the earth.
Further and further down until you reach the centre of Mother Earth.
Where you push your roots into that beautiful rose quartz crystal.
And you can see that purple colour filling your aura again.
And Archangel Michael steps forward and he surrounds you with his light purple protection.
And you can keep this protection with you at all times.
You just need to call on Archangel Michael.
And so now you're fully grounded again and protected.
And you can start to bring your awareness back into the here and now.
Very slowly you can open your eyes.
Not reawakened.
