Namaste and thank you for joining me in this guided meditation.
I would like you to begin by closing the eyes,
Drawing the attention inwards and beginning this practice with me.
Beginning with a slow,
Deep inhale and exhale.
Taking this time to connect with the breath and the body,
Using the exhale to release any tension that you may be feeling,
Becoming aware of any sensations that may be present for you today.
This guided meditation is designed for folks with female bodies and we'll be focusing on gratitude.
Thank you for joining me in this practice.
I'd like to invite you to begin by taking another deep,
Big breath in,
Filling your body with the energy of gratitude and breathing out,
Gently,
Slowly,
Following the rhythm and pace of your own breath as you breathe deeply,
Allowing your body and mind to rest.
I'd like you to become aware of the sensations in your body,
Sending love with each inhale to every curve it has,
To every bit of fat that society would like you to get rid of.
Letting your body be as it is,
I'd like you to visualize your feminine energy,
Whatever color or shape it may take for you,
Continuing to follow the rhythm of your natural breath,
In and out.
I'd like you to send love to that visualization of your feminine energy,
Using the inhale to draw energy inwards,
To send gratitude and oxygen to the parts of your body and mind that need it.
Using the exhale to gently release any tension,
Letting go of what no longer serves you.
Now I'd like you to visualize that same feminine energy,
What's helped you cultivate that energy,
Perhaps a specific experience or person or place comes to mind.
I want you to focus on that visualization.
What colors do you see?
What sounds do you hear?
Continuing once again to focus deeply on the breath,
In and out,
At whatever pace feels natural to you.
As we visualize our feminine energies and the experiences or person or place or people that have contributed to them,
I want you to send yourself and your body so much love,
So much gratitude for making it here today.
I want you to send gratitude with your breath to every inch of your beautiful body,
Continuing to breathe deeply in and out at whatever pace feels natural.
Now I'd like you to take a moment to come back to that visualization of the experience,
The person,
The place,
And to send them gratitude and love too,
Using the breath to send the energy of gratitude to not only your body,
But every body experience that has helped you get to where you are today.
Now let's come back to the breath.
I want you to take a deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
Deep breath in,
And deep breath out.
Continue to follow the natural rhythm of your breath,
And when you're ready,
On your next exhale,
Gently open the eyes.
