Good morning everyone.
My name is Sneha and I'm a certified yoga and meditation instructor.
Today I'm going to be guiding you through a morning visualization meditation.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
One more deep breath in and out.
Third time deep breath in and out.
I'd like to invite you to find a comfortable seated position or lying down in your bed,
Wherever your body feels most ready to start the day.
Continue to breathe following the natural rhythm of your breath with deep breaths in and out.
Allow your body to wake up gently.
The mornings are a time when the subconscious mind and the conscious mind are closest to aligning.
The ways in which we spend our mornings are very important and I want to thank you for making time for this meditation today.
Let's continue to take some deep breaths in and out.
Releasing any tension in the body,
Becoming aware of your thoughts of your body without any judgment.
Continuing to take deep breaths in and out.
I want you to take a deep breath in,
Hold that breath,
Then release.
Take another deep breath in,
Hold and release.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Slowly,
Gently,
I want you to visualize your ideal day.
Letting go of any thoughts of your to-do list,
Of your obligations,
Of any negative energy that you're carrying with you into this day.
Visualize what this day would look like if you were free from any sense of obligation,
If your mind was calm and grounded in the present moment all throughout this day.
I want you to focus on that vision as you continue to take deep breaths in and out.
Deep breaths in and out.
Often being able to be present and grounded and letting go of stress is as simple as remembering to breathe deeply,
To act with intention and to be grounded in the present moment.
Meditation is an excellent tool for slowing down the mind to align with the pace that the body wants to go.
I want to thank you for joining me in this guided morning meditation.
