Thank you for joining me today.
Allow yourself to adjust so that you are comfortable,
Whether you're seated or lying down.
Bring your awareness into your body and into your breath.
And as you bring your awareness to your breath,
You can allow yourself to begin to quieten your mind,
To bring your attention into your body,
To being present here and now for you.
And as you quieten your mind and your body,
Allow the rhythm of your breath to bring peace and tranquility all through your body.
As you relax yourself more and more with each breath,
You can feel this wave of relaxation flowing through you and over you with every breath that you take.
And every time that you breathe out,
You can let go of any last little bits of tension from within your body.
And in this space of tranquility,
I ask you to join me on a journey.
We invite our guides and our angels to be around us.
As we focus our thoughts and our intention on a beautiful forest.
And as your thoughts become more clearer of this forest,
More detailed,
Maybe you can see the dappled light through the trees.
Maybe you can hear the sounds of the forest.
Maybe you can feel the energy of this space.
And as you become more and more aware that you are present here,
In this forest,
There is a beautiful giant tree that is there especially for you,
A special connection for you.
And when you become aware of which tree this is,
You walk up to it and lean your back against it and feel it gently connecting with you and you connecting with it.
This tree has ancient wisdom as they watch and experience so many years of life and seasons.
They keep the records of this within them.
As you feel your connection growing stronger and stronger with the tree,
As if you are merging together and you can feel your feet stretching out and down into the earth like the roots of the tree,
Feeling yourself grounded,
Connected,
Becoming one with Mother Earth.
And as you feel this connection with Mother Earth and the tree,
Become aware of the energy that is flowing into the tree from the earth,
These nutrients,
This moisture.
And as it's flowing up the trunk of the tree,
You can expand yourself,
Feeling the strength of this trunk going up higher and higher,
Up into the branches and feel it stretching out into the branches and the tree and the leaves,
Expanding yourself,
Feeling yourself being lifted up,
Almost floating in the air and still being connected and grounded,
Bringing that balance to your body and to your life.
It's almost like your fingers are stretching out into the furthest leaves of the branches and feel them dancing around.
And as they are also being nourished by the light that is shining down on them,
You are being nourished by the light and the love and the energy of the universe.
And as you become aware,
As you expand it out both into the earth and up and out into the air,
That even though this tree,
This massive mighty trunk of the tree is so strong,
But it is also able to gently move with the breeze and its branches are able to gently move with the breeze that is around.
And this is its gift for you,
The knowledge,
The wisdom,
The ability to be grounded,
To be uplifted,
To be elevated and to be free and to be flexible.
And while you are feeling this balance,
Feeling this perfect alignment,
It is possible that the tree has other information for you,
Other knowledge.
If it does,
You can take this time to become aware of this.
Or if this moment isn't right for that,
Just feel the balance,
Feel the alignment,
Feel the connectedness,
Being grounded and supported,
Being uplifted and elevated and being strong and flexible.
And then once you've learned the lessons and the wisdom that the tree has for you,
Giving the tree love and bringing yourself back down from the high branches,
Back down through the trunk and gently bringing your feet out of the earth until you can easily and effortlessly step away from the tree,
Bringing only knowledge and wisdom and love back with you.
And as you take a last look around in this forest,
This space that is special for you,
And then bring yourself back,
Back to your body,
Back to the present time of here and now.
Connecting,
Balancing and aligning your body with this knowledge and this wisdom that you will bring forth into today,
Into tomorrow and for the rest of your life.
As you slowly bring your awareness back to the present time and day,
Feeling your body,
Maybe wiggling your toes or your fingers.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes and have an amazing,
Beautiful,
Wonderful day.
