Thank you for joining us today.
Today I want you to really focus on giving yourself the space,
The energy and the time to allow you to connect with yourself.
It's really important every day that we do this.
We get so caught up with everything that's going on around us.
All of that screen time,
All of that distraction that is calling us all of the time.
So for today,
For this moment,
For this time now,
Give yourself permission.
Turn off all the electronics around you.
Give yourself permission to take this time and this space for you and allow yourself to get comfortable.
Whether it's sitting or lying,
Whatever feels right for you.
And as you focus on your breath,
Just becoming aware of your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
Maybe you notice it more going in through your nostrils.
Maybe you can feel it flowing down through your throat or filling up your lungs.
And then as you release it,
Each and every breath that you let go of,
You allow yourself to relax a little bit more.
And as you continue to take nice,
Slow,
Rhythmic breaths,
You allow yourself to relax more and more.
And every time you let go of your breath,
You feel yourself drifting down and down,
Down into a peaceful,
Quiet,
Calm space.
It is just for you,
This time that you're giving to yourself.
So precious.
As your mind and your body feel honored,
Feel heard,
Feel acknowledged with every breath you're giving them,
The respect and the love that they deserve and you deserve.
And as you continue to just breathe,
Just be.
This time,
This space,
This energy is filling you up with unconditional love from yourself,
For yourself.
It's allowing you time,
Space,
Energy.
And the more that you acknowledge,
The more that you take this time,
The more you become connected,
Become aligned with your mind,
Body and spirit.
When all of these things are brought into alignment,
You feel the flow,
The connectedness and the grace of life.
More easily,
More effortlessly.
Things just don't seem to bother you.
And the more that you do this,
The more easier it is for you to feel more comfortable,
More at peace,
More radiant,
More loved.
And more loving.
And as you feel this energy flowing around your body,
Can allow it to pass out,
Out through your skin as it fills all of your aura as well.
Creating this expanded space,
This beacon of unconditional love and of radiance from within you,
For you,
From you and around you.
And as you become more and more of the beacon,
The radiant,
Glowing being of love and light,
You attract more people that are in tune with you,
That are radiating on the same frequency.
So you attract more peace,
More love,
More beauty into your life.
Creating this space as like attracts like,
It allows you to connect with,
To magnify this energy gene of these other people that are around you.
Creating this energy that also connects with the earth.
And as we all connect with this and project this energy outwards,
We create a space of healing,
Of light,
Of love,
For everyone and everything on this earth and for mother earth.
We allow this energy,
We project this energy.
We radiate this energy from our very core.
Peace,
Love.
Peace,
Love radiates out from us.
It radiates into the earth.
It becomes a movement,
A wave of energy from each of us,
Expanding out,
Connecting with other light beings,
Radiating out through this space,
Through this energy,
Through this time.
And we magnify and connect and magnify and connect.
So that this whole planet,
This beautiful earth that we live on,
Is magnifying and radiating this energy as well.
Allowing all of us to feel these benefits,
To feel the quiet,
Peaceful moments.
Feel the vibration of unconditional love and feel the energy of connectedness with everyone and everything on this planet.
And as you take a moment and feel the flow of this energy with your breath,
Feel the space of peace,
The space of connectedness,
The space of unconditional love.
And as you bring your own awareness now,
Bring a little bit more to your body.
To being present,
No need to rush.
Maybe you want to wiggle your fingers or wiggle your toes,
Continuing to feel this energy,
This love,
This peace within your body and around your body.
And being more aware of your body.
And maybe you are just beginning your day and allowing you to carry this energy throughout the day with you.
Or maybe you are about to retire for the evening and this energy will be with you throughout the night.
