In this meditation, instead of fighting the resistance, we allow it to simply be. We then slowly shift it into a state of ease, and into a space of joy. We then tap into our inner wisdom move into a space of inspired action.

Feel a warm,

Sky blue orb of light surround your entire body.

The orb forms a comfortable cocoon around your body and fills the air around you with its blue,

Healing light.

As you breathe in,

Feel the healing blue light fill your nostrils and your lungs.

With each breath you take,

The healing light fills your body with more light as it slowly melts away the resistance you are holding in your body.

Breathe and let the blue,

Healing light melt it away.

The blue,

Healing light slowly melts away.

The blue,

Healing light slowly shifts into a pulsating,

Warm,

White light.

It fills you with joy,

Excitement and happiness.

Feel the white light expanding through your body,

Filling every cell of you with more joy,

Excitement and happiness.

With each breath you take,

Breathe.

From this space of joy,

Step into your heart space.

Visualize a movie playing in front of you,

Showing you what inspired action to do next that brings you joy.

Sit with it and allow it to unfold.

Classical music Now,

As the movie winds to a close,

Give thanks to your heart space and send it loving energy.

Slowly,

Come back into your body.

Feel your body glowing with the warm white light as you radiate joy and happiness.

Slowly,

Start to wriggle your fingers and toes.

Your hands and your feet.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
