Wonderful practice, really helped me to connect to the energy and feel it’s overall protection as I mentally allowed space torelease. The wording used is helpful and felt more aligned to my needs. I also appreciated that this practice separates what the energy of the tourmaline provides and that we are responsible for taking the action itself as we are protected. That felt important, as at times I forget that crystal energy will not “act” for me…yet instead creates the vibrational energy needed to allow me to and help me act in whichever way is needed. Thank you! 🙏🏼
