Greetings Divine One. I'm grateful that your practice has found you aligning to the frequency of flow and inner trust this morning or afternoon. Wherever you are in your day, Now it's time to find a comfortable position in which you can align to your own frequency. Today's meditation focuses on aligning to the concepts of flow and our deepest ability to trust ourselves and our divine inner wisdom. We do this through connection with our sacral and third eye chakras. The frequencies that you hear in the background of this track, I play it myself and they attune to the sacral and third eye chakras. I want you to find your left hand, This is your receiving hand energetically, Right below your navel over your sacral chakra. And I want you to find your right hand, Your giving hand, Palm up over your third eye. As we move through the space of this meditation, May you receive the ability to go with the ebbs and flows of your body. May you receive the ability to go with the ebbs and flows of life and align to your own creative spark, Worthiness and ability to receive pleasure.
