We will just start by taking a few moments to relax into our meditation position,
Relaxing the arms and the shoulders,
Relaxing the tummy and the back,
Relaxing the legs and the feet,
Then finally relaxing the head and the neck.
You are relaxed and calm as you take two deep breaths in and out,
In and out.
You're falling deeper into this relaxed state with every breath that you take.
We will begin by exploring nature today,
So as you take your next breath in I want you to imagine you are sat in the middle of a beautiful forest.
The air is warm as the Sun beams through the trees.
There is a slight breeze that brushes against your face.
Everything around you is calm and still.
As you look around you notice the Sun bouncing off of the green leaves of the bushes and the trees that surround you.
The sky above you is a crystal clear blue and it's sitting just above the forest canopy.
You sit still and you're just listening to the sounds of nature all around you.
There is a stream trickling in the distance.
Above you are birds twittering in the trees.
All you can hear is nature and the beautiful sounds that it makes.
It is like listening to sweet music,
Nature's sweet music.
You continue to listen to these beautiful sounds completely surrounding you.
As you continue to listen you grow calmer and calmer.
You are at peace within yourself and at peace with the world.
You now begin to notice your breath.
You notice as you inhale all of nature's beauty and exhale all negative thoughts and energy.
Breathing in all of nature's beauty and exhaling all negative thoughts and energy.
You are radiating with nature's calm and positive energy.
Breathing in all of the goodness and breathing out all of the negative and unloving energy.
Breathing in all of nature's goodness.
Breathing in all the love and peace and calm that you see around you.
A breeze brushes your face once more and slowly you start to concentrate solely on your breath.
Feeling it fill your body with beautiful air and then feeling it leave your body.
Concentrating as you inhale and then again as you exhale.
Breathing in all the love and goodness and breathing out all of that unloving energy.
Slowly bring yourself back to your physical body.
Start to feel the wonderful ground beneath you and the beautiful air around you and then when you are ready slowly opening your eyes and taking in your surroundings.
The meditation is now at an end.
