Hello and welcome to your energy clearing meditation.
My name is Selina and I will be guiding you through today's practice.
Feel free to press pause to prepare your space and get comfortable,
Maybe lighting a candle or some incense,
Making sure that you're free from distractions.
Either seated or lying down,
Allow your spine to find length,
Resting the shoulders down,
Creating space away from the ears.
Notice a gentle elongation through the back of the neck as you breathe,
Softening any sounds in the distance.
This is your time to tune inwards.
Let the chatter of the mind become slow,
Gifting yourself permission to be here,
Stepping away from the to-do lists and moving into a state of calm and relaxation.
Taking a deep breath in,
Open the mouth and as you exhale let out a big audible sigh.
Doing this two more times as you fill the body with the breath,
Expand the belly,
The ribs,
The chest.
Open the mouth out wide,
Sigh it out,
Let it all go.
Final round,
Whatever you're still holding on to,
Now is the time to stop carrying it with you,
Release.
Let any tension dissipate between the eyebrows,
Unclench the jaw and completely softening the skin on the face.
Watching the breath as it flows naturally in and out of the body.
Complete relaxation.
As we now check in with ourselves,
Give yourself permission to be present in this meditation.
Allow yourself to be guided by my voice into a state of deep relaxation.
A moment to scan from the crown of the head down through the body all the way to the feet.
Sending yourself love and acceptance to all parts of you,
Physically,
Emotionally and spiritually.
And let's begin.
Taking your next inhale,
Follow the breath as it travels down deep into the body,
All the way down into the belly.
Exhaling,
Allow this place to become soft and grounded.
Continue to breathe awareness into the belly or the space just above your belly,
About four fingers up from the belly button.
I want you to envision a yellow glowing light within this space,
Maybe even a yellow flickering flame.
If you're struggling to visualize a light or a flame,
See if you can tap into a sensation,
Maybe a gentle vibration,
Tingling or pulsing sensation within the space.
And as your inhales travel down into this space,
Imagine the light or flame flickering and glowing.
And as you exhale,
The light vibrates in an ever so subtle way.
We're gonna do this three more times.
Bringing our focus deep down into the solar plexus,
Taking whichever sensation or visualization feels most resonant to you.
With every inhale,
Feel the expansion.
With every exhale,
Feel into the softness.
And when I speak about this next part of the expansion of the light,
Just choose whichever sensation,
Whether it was light,
Vibration,
Tingling or pulsing within.
Use what feels best for you and your meditation.
Now our inhales are going to grow the sensation or grow this light ever so slightly.
Feel it expand out,
Out of the torso,
Filling up the midline of the body.
Feel as though it pushes out any stagnant energy or energy that has become attached to you,
That doesn't belong to you.
And as you exhale,
Allow this glowing light or sensation to be full of your own prana or own life force energy.
Continuing to inhale,
Each time feeling the glowing light or sensation pushing out anything that doesn't belong.
Exhaling,
Allow yourself to be immersed within your own powerful energy field.
Continuing to inhale as you feel the glowing expanse of light and sensation travel towards the crown of the head,
To the limbs,
To the feet.
Feeling sensations of safety,
Confidence and authenticity.
Next inhale the glowing light expands outside of the physical body,
Creating a force field around you.
Exhale,
Feel how you are sitting completely in your own energy field.
You can continue to grow this field out and around you,
Expanding into the space that you're in.
You can keep expanding until you feel like you're immersed in this bubble,
A protective bubble,
As large as it feels necessary for you.
We will then sit within this force field with the confidence that who we are in this moment is our whole complete selves.
Our own influence of our lives,
Our own thoughts,
Experiences,
Sense of being completely at peace.
Softly we begin to return back into the space,
Back into our bodies with a deep sense of confidence within that we have the ability to know our self-worth and trust our own authentic voice.
Ever so slowly bringing awareness back into the physical body with a sense of clarity and weightlessness.
Sending love and kindness towards ourselves,
Giving gratitude towards our bodies,
Our minds and our soul.
Wherever you are you may move out of the meditation,
Being gentle with the eyes.
You may flutter them open about 50% and take a moment of open eye meditation,
Allowing the light and the eyes to adjust and if it's within your practice you can take a big inhale with the hands to prayer,
With a gentle exhale maybe a sigh,
Closing off our meditation together.
