Hello, Beautiful Soul. Let your mind drift into a deep and rejuvenating sleep. This meditation journey is a two-parts practice. In the first part, just take a few deep breaths, put your hand on your heart, and go over your day, find 2-3 moments you want to be grateful for, and give gratitude.
