We'll begin by sitting comfortably,
Either legs crossed,
Seated on the floor or in a chair with the soles of the feet flat on the ground.
Bringing the back as straight as possible,
Shoulders back and relaxed,
Neck relaxed,
Head facing forward,
Closing the eyes or finding a soft gaze focusing on the floor or the wall in front of you.
And we'll begin with a few natural normal breaths,
Giving the body and the mind time to settle into our practice,
To come to this moment.
And then together we'll exhale fully and completely and then we'll inhale and to the belly,
To the ribs,
And then to the chest,
Keeping the shoulders back and relaxed.
And then exhale from the chest to the ribs to the belly.
We inhale belly to the ribs,
To the chest,
Feel the chest opening,
The lungs expand,
And then we exhale from the chest to the ribs to the belly.
Inhale belly,
Ribs,
Chest,
And then exhale chest,
Ribs,
And belly.
Inhale belly,
Ribs,
Chest,
And then we exhale chest,
Ribs,
And belly.
Inhale belly,
Ribs,
And chest,
And then we exhale fully and completely chest,
Ribs,
And belly.
Inhale belly,
Ribs,
Chest,
Feel the opening of the chest,
The expansion of the lungs,
And then exhale chest,
Ribs,
And belly.
Inhale belly,
Ribs,
And chest,
And then exhale completely,
Relaxing from the chest to the ribs to the belly.
Inhaling belly,
Ribs,
Chest,
And exhale chest,
Ribs,
And belly.
And we inhale belly,
Ribs,
Chest,
And exhale chest,
Ribs,
And belly.
Inhaling belly to the ribs,
To the chest,
Filling up,
And then exhale releasing,
Relaxing chest,
Ribs,
And belly.
Inhaling belly,
Ribs,
Chest,
And exhale chest,
Ribs,
And belly.
Our last one,
Inhaling belly to the ribs,
To the chest,
Feeling the lungs expand,
The chest open,
And then exhale slowly,
Releasing and relaxing from the chest to the ribs to the belly.
Then coming back to your normal natural breath,
Taking just a few moments here to observe the effects of the practice.
Any subtle or gross sensations in the body,
In the mind.
We completed 12 rounds of our complete three-part yogic breath.
Thank you.
