Transcript

For this meditation I would highly recommend laying down on your back.

So find a nice comfortable place,

Whether it's on the floor,

On a yoga mat,

On a bed or a couch,

But find a place where you can lie comfortably without any distractions,

Making sure your phone or tablet or computer or all three are turned off.

And allow your eyes to close.

And take a nice inhale through the nose and then sigh it out.

Let's do that two more times.

A nice inhale through the nose.

Sigh it out.

Let it go.

One more inhale and exhale.

Allow yourself to settle down even deeper,

Even more comfortable,

Even more relaxed.

And as we go through this meditation,

If you find your awareness wandering without judging it,

Simply notice it and bring your awareness back to the sound of my voice and where I'm asking you to send your focused attention.

And we begin in the center of the forehead,

Focusing all of your awareness on the third middle eye.

And now the hollow of the throat.

Your right shoulder.

Right elbow.

Right wrist.

The tip of your right thumb.

Tip of the right index finger.

Tip of the right middle finger.

Tip of the right ring finger.

Tip of the right little finger.

Right wrist.

Right elbow.

Right shoulder.

The hollow of the throat.

Left shoulder.

Left elbow.

Left wrist.

Tip of the left thumb.

Tip of the left index finger.

Tip of the left middle finger.

Tip of the left ring finger.

Tip of the left little finger.

Left wrist.

Left elbow.

Left shoulder.

Hollow of the throat.

Heart center.

Right nipple.

Heart center.

Heart nipple.

Heart center.

The navel.

The pubis just below the navel.

Right hip.

Right knee.

Right ankle.

Tip of the right big toe.

Tip of the right second toe.

Tip of the right third toe.

Tip of the right fourth toe.

Tip of the right little toe.

Right ankle.

Right knee.

Right hip.

The pubis.

Left hip.

Left knee.

Left ankle.

Left big toe.

Tip of the left second toe.

Tip of the left third toe.

Tip of the left fourth toe.

Tip of the left little toe.

Left ankle.

Left knee.

Left hip.

The pubis.

The navel.

Heart center.

Below of the throat.

Through the forehead,

The third middle eye.

And you can begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Beginning to make slightly larger movements.

Opening your eyes.

Coming back to full waking awareness.

This was my first 61. Body scan meditation and I think I loved it, but I’m not sure, because I fell asleep! I think it may have worked! I’ve been under some stress lately and really need a deep relaxation. Thank you! Also, loved the voice!! Very soothing and clear!
