Close your eyes,
Take three deep breaths in your own speed.
And then let your breath continue to flow naturally without the need to change it.
And check in with your body today.
What does your body feel like?
Just do a quick scan from head to toes.
Without the need to change anything.
Do you notice any body parts that are standing out?
And just realize that right now,
Just as you are in this moment,
You're perfectly okay as you are.
And then check in with your feelings as well.
See if there's a mix of emotion inside you,
Inside your body.
If there's an emotion that might stand out.
And again,
Just be and let it be as it is.
And now I'd like to invite you on a little journey to meet your soul family.
And before you're about to step to the altar of connection to meet them,
I'd like you to get into the energy,
Your heart energy,
The energy of your authentic self that is ready to meet them.
And continue to breathe naturally.
Whenever you notice your thoughts drifting away,
Just bring them back to my voice,
Back to the breath,
Compassionately and gently.
And now I'd like you to think of a moment,
Can be any moment in your life,
Can be a moment from this year,
Can be a moment from many years ago.
Just let any moment pop up now in front of your inner eye where you felt that you could be completely yourself,
Where you felt this deep authenticity in your body that you were yourself fully.
Just let any moment emerge now.
Maybe it was a moment where you felt your inner child arise,
A moment of playfulness,
A moment of deep connection with another person that fully saw you as you.
Just any other moment comes up now.
And as you see this moment of just being yourself in front of your inner eye,
You step into this moment now as if it's happening right now.
You see yourself now in this moment again,
You're in it,
You're living it.
Make it bright,
Make it colorful,
Make it loud.
Really feel this moment in your body.
Feel it with all your five senses.
See what you saw in that moment.
Feel what you heard in that moment.
Feel what you felt in that moment in your body.
And smell and taste what you smelled and tasted in that moment.
And just be in this moment now for a few more breaths.
And then slowly see this moment fade away and turn into a golden ball of light that now hovers in front of your heart.
And with your next in-breath you breathe in this golden light.
You breathe it into your heart and with the out-breath you anchor the light in your heart.
And with each breath more the golden light spreads inside your heart and it merges with your heart,
This moment of just being you fully.
And then I'd like you to think of another moment.
Once again it can be any moment from the past,
From this year or years ago.
And this time I'd like you to think of a moment where you felt deep love.
You felt love inside your being,
Inside your body,
A moment of deep connection.
It doesn't have to be romantic love,
It can be love in other relationships,
With friends,
Family or even with a stranger.
And see this moment appear in front of your inner eye now,
This moment of deep connection and love.
Let it emerge.
And then step into this moment as if you are reliving it now.
You are in it.
It is full of colors,
It is bright,
It is loud again.
And you feel this love inside your body,
Inside your heart that you felt then.
And again you activate all your five senses.
You see what you saw in that moment.
You hear what you heard in that moment.
And you feel in your body what you felt in that moment.
And you smell and taste what you smelled and tasted in that moment of love.
And then you stay in this moment and in this love for a few more breaths.
And then slowly you also see this moment turn again into a golden ball of sparkling light that hovers now in front of your heart area.
And with your next in-breath again you breathe in the golden light into your heart.
And with your out-breath you anchor the moment inside your heart.
And with each breath you spread more and more of that golden light in your heart.
And you feel how these both golden moments now of authenticity,
Love and connection merge inside your heart.
And you feel the energy,
The aliveness inside of you spreading.
And with each in-breath and out-breath now you spread the golden light inside your whole body.
You spread it all the way to the top of your head.
You spread it all the way in your upper body,
Into your arms and all the way down to your fingers.
You spread it inside your chest and slowly going down your back and your lower body.
And you let the golden light flow all the way down your legs and to your toes.
Until you feel your whole body now in its entirety glow with this golden light.
And you feel that this is you.
This is the real you full of authenticity and love and connection.
And in this state now you are ready to meet the people who are meant for you.
To meet your soul family.
And so you see yourself now taking a few steps.
Inside a room full of golden light.
And you take one more step until you arrive in a circle laid out on the floor with flowers and stones almost like a mandala.
And you step to the edge of the circle.
It's the circle of connection.
And then slowly you take one last step inside the circle.
And you feel even though it looks empty that it's not.
And that people,
Souls are waiting to arrive to finally connect and reunite with you.
And so you spread your arms to the side.
You hold your left and right arm.
For your soul family to finally meet you.
And then on your left hand you feel another hand.
Touch it.
Hold hands with you and you look to your left side.
And you recognize someone.
Maybe it's already a familiar face.
Maybe there isn't a face that appears.
Maybe it's just a quality of this being that you're ready to meet and you just know in your heart and body that this is a person from your soul family.
And you smile at this person or this light that appears.
And then to your right you feel someone touch your right hand.
And you look to the right side.
And once again another person has appeared.
And maybe once again it's another familiar face.
It's someone that you already know and you just now recognize them as your soul family.
Maybe it's someone new.
Maybe again you just feel a quality of a person that is ready to emerge into your life.
And then you see the whole circle suddenly fill with beings.
Maybe you can recognize people again.
Maybe you just feel the qualities of your soul family that are ready to enter your life because you are ready and you are fully yourself.
And you feel the magic of connection and community and how supported and loved you are and how much you love these people too.
And you feel that you are never alone.
You are always with others.
There's always love around you.
And so you take one last look of love at this circle of your soul family.
You bathe in their light.
The collective light.
And then very slowly you know you can always come back to the circle whenever you feel like it.
You step out of it.
You say your goodbyes.
You wave one last time.
And then slowly you come back to this moment.
You come back to the room you're currently sitting in.
You feel your body again.
You feel the ground under you.
And you take three deep breaths now to arrive.
You hear the sounds in the room.
You hear your own breath.
Maybe your heartbeat.
And then whenever you're ready you can open your eyes again.
