Close your eyes and take three deep breaths in your own speed and then let your breath continue to flow naturally just as it wants to.
Feel your breath and your nostrils as it comes in and out.
Feel the way your belly lifts when you breathe in and how it contracts when you breathe out.
And just let everything be as it is in this natural flow of your body.
And now I'd like to take you on a little journey to the sea of soft dreaming.
And before we can reach this sea,
It's time to connect with our true and limitless self.
So I'd like to ask you now to think of a moment in your life,
Can be any moment,
Can be from this year or from years past,
Just let any moment show up now in front of your inner eye where you felt a deep sense of gratitude.
Just see this moment now appear where you felt deeply grateful and step into this moment now as if it is happening right now.
And make it as bright and colorful as you can and activate your five senses again from this moment.
What did you see in this moment?
See it now.
What did you feel in this moment?
Feel it now.
What did you hear?
What did you smell and what did you taste?
Sense it all again now.
Relive this moment.
It's happening right now.
And then slowly let this moment turn into a ball of light in your favorite color that appears now in front of your heart.
This ball of light is floating there now,
This beautiful moment of gratitude and with your next in-breath you breathe it in into your heart and with your out-breath you anchor it inside of your heart now and you feel this moment merge with your heart where it stays.
And now I'd like to ask you again to think of a moment it can be any moment from your past,
A recent one or one from long ago that anything appear now that wants to appear where you felt a deep sense of love,
Just deep pure love and connection.
Just let any moment appear now,
It can be romantic love but it doesn't have to be,
Can be with your friends or family,
Someone special in your life and step into this moment now and feel it as if it is happening right in this moment.
Make it bright and colorful and loud.
See what you saw in that moment.
Hear what you heard in that moment.
Smell and taste what you smelled and tasted in that moment.
And feel what you felt in your body in that moment of love.
Feel the love in your body now from that moment you're in it now.
Feel it touch your heart and then very slowly watch this moment also become a ball of light in your favorite color that now hovers in front of your heart and with your next in-breath you breathe in this moment of love and with your out-breath you anchor it inside of your heart where it merges with the moment of gratitude and they both become one,
They become one with your heart.
And then for one last moment,
I'd like to ask you now to remember a moment in your life where you felt connected with your dreams,
Where you felt limitless.
It can be any dream you had,
It can be you as a child or a year ago,
Where you felt you could dream of the world,
Where you had possibilities in front of you and you were limitless.
Let this moment appear right now.
No limitations,
Just your dreams ahead of you.
Maybe a sense of childlike wonder.
And step into this moment right now as if you are reliving it.
It's happening right now.
See the colors of this moment.
Make the moment as bright and loud as you can and then activate your five senses again.
What can you see?
What can you hear?
What can you smell and taste?
And what can you feel?
What do you feel in your body being in this moment of limitlessness again?
Feel it now.
And then slowly watch this moment also turn into a ball of light in your favorite color that's hovering now in front of your heart.
And with your next in-breath,
You breathe in this moment of limitlessness.
And when you breathe out,
You anchor it in your heart and let it merge with the other two moments.
Let it merge with the gratitude and the love in your heart.
And as you continue breathing with each in-breath,
You spread this feeling in your heart now,
In the whole of your body when you breathe it out.
With the in-breath,
You spread it.
And with the out-breath,
You spread it even more.
You spread it to the top of your head.
You spread it into your fingertips.
You spread it into your whole chest,
Your body,
All the way down to your toes.
And you feel how your whole body is filled with this light,
With love and gratitude and limitlessness.
You feel your whole body glow.
What you feel right here,
Right now,
Is your true self,
Your true nature,
The way you probably felt as a child,
Full of wonder and joy and love.
This is who you are.
This is the version of you that you can be in this life again.
This is the version of you that is ready to dive into the sea of soft dreaming.
And slowly in front of you,
You hear the sounds of the sea.
You hear a slight breeze.
You hear the waves.
And you walk down to the most beautiful beach that you've ever seen in your life.
It looks almost out of this world,
But it isn't.
You feel the sand under your naked feet.
As you walk towards the sea,
The air around you is warm and soft like a hug.
And with the next step,
You feel the crystal clear,
Slightly cold water under your feet.
But it's not really cold,
It's just very refreshing.
And you take another step and you walk through the sea.
You set one step in front of the next.
The waves around you rush toward you in a playful way.
You can almost taste the salt on your lips already.
You still feel the breeze in your hair and on your face.
And you swim.
You swim in the sea.
You feel the sun on your face.
The water immerses your skin.
And then you dive.
You dive underwater.
And it seems like there is no bottom of the sea,
So you just go down.
You can breathe underwater in this magical sea.
So you just continue to dive down.
You see the colorful fish around you,
The corals.
And you just continue to dive.
And the soft water touches your skin.
It almost feels like you're flying underwater.
You're a bird in the sea.
And you dive deeper and deeper down into the sea.
Until it starts to magically shimmer all the way down.
Even though there's still no bottom.
So you continue to dive down and down to the bottomless sea.
And the shimmering light becomes brighter and brighter.
And it glitters,
Sparkles in all the colors that you love to see.
And this light shines so bright now.
But it also has this softness to it.
A playfulness the way it sparkles now in your eyes.
And you dance with this light and you continue to dive down.
And the light becomes so bright,
Yet so soft and warm like a hug.
And you just have this feeling inside of you that there's magic hidden in this light.
There's a message for you in there that speaks of your dreams.
A message that you were always supposed to find in this sea of soft dreaming.
And as you take one more dive,
You hold out your hand and you touch the light and you see that the light holds a symbol for you.
A magical symbol that now appears that holds the message that you've been looking for for so long.
And all the way it's been down there in this sea.
And you see this symbol now in its entirety.
You see its colors.
And the moment you look at it,
You just know what it means.
It's a personal magical message for you that you now feel deep within your body.
Maybe you don't yet understand it with the mind,
But you've understood it with your heart.
The moment you saw it,
And you thank the light for this symbol and this message for you that will help you get closer to your dreams.
And with the symbol that will now be forever in your heart,
You slowly start to swim back up.
You swim away from the glittering light that says goodbye in a dance and you look towards the sun.
You can almost see the surface of the sea already.
You continue to swim softly.
You swim until you break through the surface.
You feel the sun on your face again.
You slowly swim towards the shore where you came from.
You swim until you can feel the sand under your feet again and you walk towards the shore.
You have arrived.
And this way you're slowly returning to this present moment knowing that you've received a meaningful message and that you can always go back to the sea.
You take three deep breaths in your own speed.
And you start to hear the sounds in the room.
You feel your body again.
Feel what's underneath your legs.
Feel yourself breathe.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes again.
