And then let your breath continue to flow naturally,
Just as it wants to.
Feel your breath and your nostrils as it comes in and out.
Feel the way your belly lifts when you breathe in and how it contracts when you breathe out.
And just let everything be as it is in this natural flow of your body.
Now I'd like to take you on the journey to the portal of miracles and you can only enter this portal by connecting with a true,
Authentic,
Hard version of yourself and this is what you will do now.
So I'd like to ask you now to think of a moment in your life,
Can be any moment,
Can be from this year or from years past,
Just let any moment show up now in front of your inner eye where you felt a deep sense of gratitude.
Just see this moment now appear where you felt deeply grateful and step into this moment now as if it is happening right now.
Make it as bright and colorful as you can and activate your 5 senses again from this moment.
What did you see in this moment?
See it now.
What did you feel in this moment?
Feel it now.
What did you hear?
What did you smell and what did you taste?
Sense it all again now.
Now relive this moment,
It's happening right now and then slowly let this moment turn into a ball of light in your favorite color that appears now in front of your heart,
This ball of light is floating there now,
This beautiful moment of gratitude and with your next in-breath you breathe it in into your heart and with your out-breath you anchor it inside of your heart now and you feel this moment merge with your heart where it stays.
And now I'd like to ask you again to think of a moment,
It can be any moment from your past,
A recent one or one from long ago,
Let anything appear now that wants to appear where you felt a deep sense of love,
Just deep pure love and connection,
Just let any moment appear now,
It can be romantic love but it doesn't have to be,
It can be with your friends or family,
Someone special in your life and step into this moment now,
Feel it as if it is happening right in this moment,
Make it bright and colorful and loud,
See what you saw in that moment,
Hear what you heard in that moment,
Smell and taste what you smelled and tasted in that moment and feel what you felt in your body in that moment of love,
Feel the love in your body now from that moment you're in it now,
Feel it touch your heart and then very slowly watch this moment also become a ball of light in your favorite color that now hovers in front of your heart and with your next in-breath you breathe in this moment of love and with your out-breath you anchor it inside of your heart where it merges with the moment of gratitude and they both become one,
They become one with your heart and then for one last moment I'd like to ask you now to remember a moment in your life where you felt connected with your dreams,
Where you felt limitless,
It can be any dream you had,
It can be you as a child or a year ago,
Where you felt you could dream of the world,
Where you had possibilities in front of you and you were limitless,
Let this moment appear right now,
No limitations,
Just your dreams ahead of you,
Maybe a sense of childlike wonder and step into this moment right now as if you are reliving it,
It's happening right now,
See the colors of this moment,
Make the moment as bright and loud as you can and then activate your five senses again,
What can you see,
What can you hear,
What can you smell and taste,
And what can you feel,
What do you feel in your body being in this moment of limitlessness again,
Feel it now and then slowly watch this moment also turn into a ball of light in your favorite color that's hovering now in front of your heart and with your next in-breath you breathe in this moment of limitlessness and when you breathe out you anchor it in your heart and let it merge with the other two moments,
Let it merge with the gratitude and the love in your heart and as you continue breathing with each in-breath you spread this feeling in your heart now in the whole of your body when you breathe it out,
With the in-breath you spread it and with the out-breath you spread it even more,
You spread it to the top of your head,
You spread it into your fingertips,
You spread it into your whole chest,
Down your body,
All the way down to your toes,
And you feel how your whole body is filled with this light,
With love and gratitude and limitlessness,
You feel your whole body glow,
What you feel right here right now is your true self,
Your true nature,
The way you probably felt as a child,
Full of wonder and joy and love,
This is who you are,
This is the version of you that you can be,
The version of you that is ready to walk through the portal of miracles and with your whole body glowing in this light of who you truly are you see yourself standing in front of the portal of miracles now,
Not yet walking through,
You see it shining in the same light that your body is exuding now,
Sparkling and shimmering in your favorite color,
Feeling a feeling of home and warmth coming from it towards you,
And you know that behind this portal is where the answers lie that have been hidden inside your heart and all you needed to do was remember and connect with who you really are,
Not the version that your thoughts,
Your mind are telling you that you are,
But the real version,
The true version,
The heart version,
The sparkling,
Shimmering,
Magical,
Crystal castle version that is now standing in front of this portal,
Ready to walk through it,
And as you take your next in-breath,
You step through the portal and behind it a whole enchanting world opens up,
It's the world where you are living your life purpose,
Where you are doing what you always dreamed you would do,
Where you are the version of yourself that you always wanted to be,
Where you are living your dream life,
Your dream career,
Where you are changing the world for the better by just being you,
And so you see this world slowly coming into view,
It's becoming sharper,
The colors are becoming more vivid,
And you look down on yourself,
Looking at the version that is living their life purpose,
Seeing the clothes that you are wearing and starting to walk around in this new version of yourself,
Feeling with all your five senses what it feels like to be you and to live your life purpose in this world of miracles,
You see yourself doing what you always dreamed you'd do,
Contributing to the world in a meaningful way,
Having all the people around that you love and that you want to connect with,
Seeing the world the way you'd always imagined it would be,
Seeing the change that you are ready to make,
Just exploring this world and all its beauty and all its aliveness and all its magic that it holds for you and for everyone else,
And you continue to walk around and just see more of the things that it holds for you,
Maybe you see some surprises that you did not expect would be in your life,
Maybe you're doing things you never thought you would do,
Small things or big things,
And take a few moments more to explore the world where you are living your life purpose,
Maybe you can see where you live,
Where you work,
Where you laugh,
With who you are spending your days,
And what the world looks like after you started living your true purpose,
And then it's slowly time to say goodbye to this world for now,
Knowing that you can always return and that all you need to do is to remember and to connect with your heart,
It's all that it needs,
And you thank your heart for showing you the answers,
And if you did not see much today,
Know that the answers will appear in the form and in the time that is right for you,
And maybe it's not as pictures but as a feeling or a knowing that arrives,
And just watch out for these things the next days in your everyday life,
Whenever something touches your heart,
And now slowly watch this world of miracles in the portal blur from your view,
And start coming back to this moment,
To the room that you were in,
Starting to connect with your body,
Taking three deep breaths now in your own speed,
And with each breath coming back more and more to this moment on your body,
And then start to invite tiny movements into your fingers and into your toes first,
And extend these movements into the whole of your body if it feels good to you,
Can stretch,
Can yawn,
Can make any movements that feel good,
And whenever you're ready,
Can slowly open your eyes again.
