I recorded Min Kyung Choi at her studio in Yeouido. It was after lunch, and people were back at work. I remember a nice aroma was diffused in her space. She made me tea, and we had a relaxing conversation about the sessions. I asked her about her notebook she was looking at between sessions, and she said these were notes about the sequences in each session. She used these sequences to create a composition for the intention of the session. It was interesting to know that there are kinds of 'building blocks' that a session can have to try to fulfill an intention. In this track. She focused on balancing the yin-yang of the mind, body, and consciousness. She explains that when all these are in perfect balance, your center opens and you are in harmony. When you finally get to this point, you have this feeling that you don't want to leave it. You are content. You are fulfilled.
