Today we're talking about be your own star.
Be your own star.
This is your show.
No one can live your life for you.
No one has your dreams or your destiny.
No one has your unique path or purpose.
It is your show and you are the star.
So what show are you creating?
If you don't like the show you're in,
Change it.
Your ability to create what you want is unlimited.
The universe.
I want to turn this around a little bit to positive statements.
Not that there's anything wrong with the statements we just heard but I want you to look at them a little bit differently.
So no one can live your life for you.
You're here to live your own life.
No one has your dreams or your destiny.
You have unique personal dreams and you have a unique personal soul destiny.
No one has your unique path or purpose.
You are here on a unique mission.
You have a unique mission.
You have a unique purpose,
A unique contribution to the world.
This is what your life is about.
So what show are you creating?
It's your show and you're a star.
A lot of times we think that we need to follow what other people tell us that we need to follow society's map or even maybe it's not society's map maybe we've kind of rejected that as many of us do but maybe it's more like what your family or your friends or your favorite psychic or astrologer or teacher advises you and maybe this is great information and maybe it's not.
So the the process becomes learning to trust yourself and not learning to trust the mind or the ego because that's a poor leader but learning to trust the soul.
And so ways you can do this are of course to meditate a lot and I don't mean let's see there's there's different styles of meditation so many of you do a traditional meditation where you go in enter into divine space for you know 20 minutes or an hour and you do this twice a day and you don't really work to gather information in that state and that's beautiful,
Useful,
Balancing,
Healing.
It's great for lots of reasons and I highly recommend that.
On the other hand there's also meditating what we call meditating using the technique of intuitive gathering and this is a way you enter in more quickly.
You're in really a very light trance state almost feels like you're you're not meditating at all and you just go in and seek to ask the universe for answers to your questions.
You have direct connection with the universe and you do this so that you can receive divine guidance and I call this stage of receiving guidance entering in as opposed to expanding out which is when we work with what the world is showing us the signs and synchronicities and so forth.
So if you have been feeling confused about your destiny or your path or purpose doing this style of meditation which I call intuitive gathering is incredibly useful.

And why do we work with different techniques?
I like to work with different techniques because often when I go into an intuitive gathering meditation I might receive some information and then I might kind of second-guess myself even I've been doing this for decades now and even so I second-guess sometimes so I'll check it with a different system and as I check it with a different system I notice the patterns that are emerging.
So this might be of interest to you to learn how to use these patterns to see not what your mind ego is telling you certainly not what your family and friends or society is telling you but what your soul needs you to know.
Now this other part of this teaching is if you don't like the show you're in change it.
Your ability to create what you want is unlimited.
Now this is different from law of attraction which says that you're going to go and attract what you want to yourself.
You think of a hot red car and then the red car is attracted to you.
That's not what we're doing here in fact that's not a system that I use or or or promote at all.
I'm not a law of attraction person.
The reason for this is because I have come to understand that law of attraction is an earlier system and what we have now moved into is law of flow.
Law of flow is different instead of you attracting something to you.
Law of flow is you are attracted to your next step.
So you can trust that the universe knows exactly what you want exactly what you're trying to create.
You can trust that the universe sees pretty clearly past your mind or ego.
It sees right to your heart your deepest desire and this is where the universe is going to lead you.
So you know you can say law of attraction style positive affirmations all day long and yet if that's not what's really in your heart the universe is not going to pay attention because it's coming from mind ego.
As you consider how to be the star of your own show,
Be your own star,
Create the show you want to be in,
Allow the universe to lead you from your heart's longing.
The universe will attract you to your unique path or purpose.
