Today we're talking about everything is karma. Everything is karma. You can't escape karma because that's why you're here. To work through your soul lessons, Your karma, Over time. If you find yourself in a sticky or uncomfortable spot, You are working through karmic lessons. Rejoice. This is an opportunity to jump to the next level. You can go fast or slow with your soul lessons. You choose the timing. Most people find faster is more fun. The universe. Wow, That's pretty interesting. You can't escape karma. We tend to think of karma as this curse from the ancestors or this curse from our own past lives. And in the channeling that I receive, Karma is not used that way. The term karma is used as soul lessons learned over time. And so when we look at it that way, Soul lessons learned over time. Well, Soul lessons, There's always soul lessons learned over time. Over time means past lives, This life, Future lives. You can't escape karma because that's why you're here to work on your soul lessons. Now, It tends to start sounding like a really big drag, Like, Oh, Not another soul lesson. But lots of times the soul lessons are beautiful and enjoyable. So a soul lesson might be you learn how to become open into intimacy. That's amazing. Or you learn to let your guard down and have a beautiful friendship. Or you sum up your courage and you go on adventures and travel. So this idea of soul lesson as being this big punishing thing is not the case at all. Soul lessons are ways that we expand ourselves. We work on our expansion. So the guidance here is if you find yourself in a sticky or uncomfortable spot, You are working through karmic lessons, Rejoice. Lots of things are pretty sticky right now in the modern world. We are not going through an easy time. We are in the midst of uncomfortable spots. We are working on soul lessons all the time. And here's the next part. This is an opportunity to jump to the next level. So this is true for you personally. And this is true globally for us as a soul collective. So right now, Again, We're in the middle of the coronavirus. We are personally in uncomfortable spots, And this allows us to jump to the next level. Now, How could we jump to the next level? By in this time of panic and fear, We can jump to the next level by relaxing. And being courageous. And having the sure knowing that everything is going to be okay. Everything will be okay because we are infinite souls. When we face our mortality, Whether it's real or just a fear, We understand our infinite nature and we understand that we don't have to be afraid or angry. I think it's a course in miracles that says something along the lines that everything that's not true falls away and everything that's true remains. So the soul is true. Our collective oneness is true. Our infinite nature is true. And when you look at things from that deeper perspective, Then all the stuff going on in your personal life and all the stuff going on in the world, It's just like these winds blowing through a valley. Here comes the winds, Winds come, The winds go, The valley remains. So an opportunity to jump to the next level is about learning how to become calm and relaxed and steadfast, Even in the face of difficulties. And it's about getting that mind, That crazy mind that's just worrying and looping and anxious and saying, Okay, Look, You've had your fun, But I'm not going to follow you anymore. I'm going to work from my soul self, From my heart space, Because heart and soul, Same thing. And not going to allow the mind to bring me into panic and fear and anger and anxiety. I'm going to work from bigger perspective. I'm going to be soul led. And the thing that's great is that these opportunities of discomfort allow us to move forward in our soul lessons faster. And the universe says most people find faster is more fun. So right now, As you're facing difficulty, Again, Whether it's personal or global, The sooner you crack through that lesson, You just figure out from soul perspective, How to deal with it. Then you jump to the next level. And always the next level is more interesting, More enjoyable. So how do we, How do we crack through the lessons? And, You know, There's lots of options. You can meditate. You can be in nature. You can relax, You can take a nap. But mostly it's about understanding your true nature as soul versus your true nature as mind. The minute you lose your mind, Or the song free your mind, The rest will follow. The minute you lose your mind, Let the soul take over, Everything relaxes. You're able to see things from a completely different perspective. And this is where we're all moving toward. It's the goal of being a human to become enlightened and expanded. And these just uncomfortable times allow us to work through these lessons quickly because they're right there, Right there for us to work on.
