So take a second,

Relax,

Close your eyes,

Relax your shoulders.

Let your belly breath be your natural state for a moment.

Don't worry about doing the correct belly breath,

Just go back to your natural easy breath.

And I want you to imagine yourself just on a nice sunny day,

Walking through a nice field,

Walking through some nice green grass,

Nice easy breezes blowing.

Feel it in your hair,

Feel the sun on your scalp,

Gets a little hot for a second,

But then a couple perfectly placed clouds come along.

You're walking through the field and you see some trees,

Go walk through the trees a little bit,

You feel the wind coming through them,

Feel protected by them.

You start to hear something,

You hear a little trickle,

You hear some water rushing.

You walk towards the sound and you come to a nice little stream.

And it's up to you what you decide to do in the stream.

You can stick your toes in,

Put your hands in and give yourself a little spritz,

Or if you want to you can just get all the way in it and feel the cool water.

Flowing all around you.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your jaw,

Relax your eyebrows,

Relax your ears.

And then you get out of the stream,

Start to walk on the other side of it.

You come to another little clearing full of greenery,

Just full of bushes and trees and flowers,

Lots of green grass.

You see some butterflies float past and you just remind yourself how much you love butterflies,

How much you like to be in nature,

How much you love being surrounded by green.

And then you decide to sit down in the middle of the field,

This clearing.

You can find a rock if you don't want to sit on the grass,

It's up to you.

You start looking around at what else is there.

Feel the sun on your head and your shoulders and your face.

Just breathing easy.

You start to think about what you want to do next on this beautiful day that you have totally free,

No requirements.

You don't have to do anything.

You see a nice yellow stream of sunlight coming through the trees and it's shining on one particular break in the trees.

You decide to maybe walk over there and look and see what's happening.

You see that the sun is shining on a deer,

Kind of got a tan orange-ish coat.

It's just hanging out.

It doesn't seem super anxious.

It's just looking at you,

Kind of asking you where you want to go and who you are,

Who are you really.

Then you turn around and go back in the center of the clearing and you just lie down in the grass.

Just let your whole body completely relax.

Let yourself feel the energy of the earth just grounding you.

You see that red color on the inside of your eyelids from the sun streaming through them.

Just bask in that easy red glow for a little while,

Letting your breath be super easy.

Your belly rises and falls.

You take three more easy,

Calm breaths.

Then you slowly start to open your eyes.

Take a nice easy belly breath.
