Continuing to work through your breath inhale through your nose and exhale allowing all the air to escape.
Inhale lengthen through your spine hold your breath at the top and exhale relaxing deeper.
Inhale relax your shoulder blades down away from your ears hold your breath at the top and exhale focusing on relaxing releasing and letting go.
Inhale through your nose feel your belly rise and your spine lengthen hold your breath at the top and exhale allowing yourself to completely surrender here now.
Continuing with this breath allowing yourself to become present in this moment and with every breath you take you begin to feel even more relaxed,
Centered and calm.
As you exhale now begin by relaxing down through the crown of your head relaxing through all of the muscles in your face and with every exhalation you relax even more and sink even deeper now.
Exhale and focus on relaxing all the tiny muscles around your eyes allow your eyelids to become heavier and heavier.
Exhale and relax your jaw gently rest your tongue behind the back of your teeth.
Begin exhalation relaxing down through all of the muscles in your neck and shoulders allowing yourself to open up through your chest and as you exhale here now begin to drop out of your head and dive deep into your heart like you are diving into the ocean cleansing your soul and completely letting go now.
Pacing your hands on your heart give yourself permission to feel all of your emotions now really feel whatever is coming up for you.
Allow yourself to feel your heartache to feel your pain to really feel what hurts expressing whatever is heavy on your heart feel it express it and release it now.
Allow your hands to release down by your side and as you do this let go of the story you are telling yourself and decide to accept what is and make peace with it.
Give yourself this opportunity to ask your heart what it really needs to learn for you to let go.
