Transcript

Taking a comfortable seat,

Begin to lengthen your spine,

Closing over your eyes and connecting in with your breath.

Big deep inhale breaths in through your nose,

Feeling your belly rise and exhale out through your open mouth.

With your next exhale,

Allowing yourself to let out a nice big sigh,

Let that be audible.

Placing one hand on your belly and your other hand on your heart,

Breathe here now.

Inhale,

Feel your belly rise and continue breathing up into your chest and exhale,

Breathing out of your heart.

Breathing into your belly and up into your heart and out.

Connecting in with your body,

Connecting in with your heart and soul.

Continue with this deep intentional breath,

Giving yourself permission to land and trusting that you are exactly where you need to be.

With every breath you take,

You begin to relax deeper and deeper and every time you hear me say the word relax,

You sink even deeper now.

Next time you exhale,

Feel the tension in your body releasing.

Relax down through your jaw and on your next exhalation,

Allow your shoulders to relax down away from your ears as you lengthen through your spine.

Deep inhale and exhale,

Let your body and mind completely relax all the way down.

With every exhale,

You relax even deeper.

Take a moment now to focus on all of the thoughts that are consuming you.

The ones that are holding you back from truly stepping into your authentic self,

Showing all of yourself,

Being all of yourself.

As you think about these thoughts that are beginning to come to your mind,

Scan your body from head to toe and notice where these thoughts live inside of your body.

Where do they come from?

Where do you feel them the most?

Tune in and as you scan your body,

Trust where you are feeling them now and begin to give them space.

Ask yourself,

What are the thoughts and the beliefs that are keeping me stuck right now?

As you notice these thoughts,

Which ones are the loudest?

Allow yourself to acknowledge them.

Give those parts of you love,

Ask that part of you what it needs.

What is it wanting you to understand,

Learn and alchemize?

Ask yourself,

Who am I not to step into my power?

Who am I not to share my gifts and wisdom?

How does not showing up rob the universe of the medicine I hold within?

Because everything above the thoughts that hold you back is the freedom that you seek and the love and abundance that you desire.

As you take your next exhale breath,

Pay attention now to the thoughts that were running through your mind.

This is your job and your responsibility to look at this.

This is your work to do and by focusing on understanding what those parts of you need and giving them the love,

The compassion,

The kindness and the space that they deserve.

They feel safe to be expressed because those parts of you will always live inside of you and you don't have to let them run the show.

We get to give them space,

We get to feel them,

We get to transmute their energy and the more we focus on who we are and who we came here to be,

What is most important to us in our life and what truly matters,

The easier it is to walk with these fears and doubts to do the things that challenge us even when it feels scary.

Wrap your arms around your body now,

Give yourself the biggest hug,

Melt into yourself,

Completely hold yourself and as you do this,

Choose to either say this out aloud or repeat it in your mind and let yourself know,

I'm here,

I'm not going anywhere,

I've got you,

I believe in you,

We can do this,

We are here to make a difference in the world,

I love you,

I love you,

I love you,

I've got your back,

We do hard things,

There is no such thing as failure,

Only feedback,

You are brave,

You are strong,

You are resilient,

I see your courage and your determination,

Keep going because nothing is going to stop us from achieving our dreams,

Especially ourself.

Take a deep inhale breath into your belly and up into your heart and as you exhale,

Keep and hold in your heart whatever words that resonated,

Put them in your back pocket,

Allow yourself to see them,

Write them on the wall,

Take a mental picture and as you start to focus on feeling these words inside of your body,

Begin to let yourself access the part of you that truly believes in yourself,

The part of you that has big dreams and the vision and the mission for your life,

The part of you that doesn't let yourself get in your own way,

The part of you that walks through the fire to come out the other side with strength,

With hope,

With resilience and as you start to feel this part of you inside of your body now,

Scan your body from head to toe and notice where this part of you lives and resides,

Trust where you are feeling this,

Place your hands on that part of you and as you focus on knowing where this part of you lives,

Begin to breathe life into this space and with every breath you take,

This feeling of personal power,

Of strength,

Of courage begins to grow and grow,

The more you focus on it,

The more this feeling begins to light up every single cell in your body now,

Feel that feeling,

Feel that energy like electricity flowing through your veins,

Give this feeling a color and see it now,

Focus all your energy on this feeling,

On this color,

Anchor this feeling into that place,

Focus on your courage,

The courage you are choosing because this courage allows you to take action no matter what,

This energy gives you resilience,

The resilience to get back up when you get knocked down and ask what is possible,

What can I do now,

This energy supports you to focus on your determination,

The determination for making your dreams and your mission in this life bigger than your fears,

As you focus on this energy,

You begin to let this feeling explode bigger and brighter,

Feel it now flowing in and through your body because the more you focus on this,

The more you find the calmness and the clarity to access all of the resources you have within you and available to you,

Your creativity begins to flow and because you have found this safety in your own body now,

As you exhale you drop into surrender and trust in what you are capable of,

Spend time focusing on asking yourself this question now and every single day,

What is most important to me in my life,

What truly matters and as these words flow and you focus on what truly matters,

Ask yourself what is the one thing I can do today to live in alignment with the things that light up my heart and soul,

Pay attention to these words,

Let them sink in,

Allow them to remind you of how you are choosing to show up in this world every single day,

You are in control,

You are the only one responsible for creating the life you truly desire and this part of you,

This part of you gets to be in the driver's seat of your life now,

This part of you that is expansive,

Resilient,

Open and grateful,

This part of you gets to love and hold the fearful,

Critical and judgmental part of you when it arises because this inner critical part of you loves you too and it is doing its best to keep you safe and you get to remind that part of you that we are not here to play it safe,

We are here to grow and expand,

Now come back to that place in your body where your personal power lives,

Your higher self,

Your courageous and expansive self,

Remember that place where you anchored that feeling into your body and feel it now because you can come back to this part of you anytime you wish by simply focusing on that place,

Take your hands and rest on that part of your body,

Bring back that color and begin to take some deep breaths and feel that energy growing bigger and bigger,

Lighting up your soul.

Allow yourself to choose who is in the driver's seat of your life now,

Focus on accessing and anchoring in your higher self,

Let this part of you take control,

This part of you that knows you can achieve anything because the more you focus on this part of you,

The more this part of you leads.

Feel your courage,

Your strength,

Your resilience because this gives you the confidence to focus on your path and your purpose and they feel clear because you know what is most important to you and you know what truly matters.

What is one thing you are choosing to do every single day as that little reminder to take one step forward because the more you live in this energy,

The more you attract what you deeply desire into your life and what is not for you will begin to fade away.

Welcome this change and be open to manifesting what is meant for you with surrender and faith that everything is happening as it is supposed to because you wouldn't be having these experiences if you weren't meant to be having them.

They are here to teach you,

To support you to grow and evolve into the human you came here to be.

We walk through the fire to build our strength,

Our resilience and our determination and with that knowing you take inspired action every single day no matter what.

Because before you know it,

Over time you will look back and realize how far you have come and you will also know that this is a journey of a lifetime.

Take a moment to be completely present here now to really appreciate everything that you are doing,

Everything that you have achieved.

Give yourself time to celebrate yourself and your life and that can be as simple as going outside,

Looking up to the sky,

Taking some deep breaths and acknowledging everything you are doing.

Focusing on feeling the gratitude for the air,

For the earth that you are walking on and any time you need to reconnect with your higher self,

You can take yourself to your sanctuary.

Allow yourself now to imagine this place,

Your safe space,

The place where you feel alive,

The place where you feel at home,

The place where you feel at peace,

Where your mind is free and you are limitless.

Allow yourself to be there now and notice,

Are you inside or are you outside?

Is it daytime or is it nighttime?

Is there anything else that you notice that's truly important,

That really matters and as you allow yourself to be here now,

Maybe you might like to stay here for a little longer.

Notice what you can see here and how do you feel when you are in this place because in this place anything is possible.
