Welcome to this morning meditation.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position if you're not already in one I invite you to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth Let your breath become a natural rhythm a gentle reminder to pause and to be present in this moment As you continue to breathe deeply feel the weight of your body grounding into the earth beneath you Imagine roots extending from your body into the ground anchoring you securely and providing a strong foundation With each exhale,
Release any tension,
Stress,
Or worries you may be holding onto Let them flow out of your body and dissolve into the earth below Imagine a white light bubbling up around you This light protects you and keeps you safe I want to invite you to picture yourself in a serene environment This might be a lush forest,
A peaceful beach,
A quiet mountaintop or another space that you often visit in meditation or quiet Notice the details around you the sounds of nature,
The colors of the sky the breeze on your skin What do you hear?
Do you taste a salty sea or earthy air?
This is your sacred space,
A sanctuary where you can retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life In this tranquil space,
Find a comfortable spot to sit or lie down And as you settle in,
Bring your awareness to your heart center Imagine a warm,
Glowing light emanating from the center of your chest Expanding with each breath you take This light represents your inner wisdom Allow this light to grow and envelop your entire being,
Filling you with a sense of peace and clarity Take a deep inhale and exhale through your mouth And if your mind wanders,
Return back to the breath Returning once again to the light enveloping you Embrace the solitude of this moment Know that it is in these quiet moments that you can truly connect with your inner self Let go of any distractions or thoughts of the outside world Trust that everything can wait while you take this moment for yourself Feel the stillness around you and within you This stillness is a fertile ground for personal growth and understanding In the silence,
Turn your attention inward Listen to the whispers of your intuition What messages are arising from within?
You may hear a soft voice guiding you Or you may feel subtle sensations in your body pointing you in a certain direction Trust in these inner messages They are your inner compass guiding you toward clarity and wisdom And as you continue to listen Allow yourself to gain insight and understanding They may come in the forms of images,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Colors Embrace whatever arises without judgment And know that this time of introspection is a valuable opportunity for self-discovery Let any newfound clarity and wisdom settle into your being,
Becoming a part of you And when you feel ready,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your breath Focusing on that inhale and exhale through the mouth Feel a rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale I invite you now to make gentle movements with your body Coming back into the space Becoming more aware of the sounds around you And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes And bring your palms together at the center of your heart Take a moment to sit quietly and reflect on your experience Carry the sense of peace,
Clarity,
And wisdom with you as you return to your day And remember that you can always return to this space of solitude and interconnection whenever you need to Trust in your intuition and the guidance it provides Embrace the pause and let it nourish your soul May all beings be at peace and free from suffering And may our thoughts and actions support this Thank you for joining me this morning
