Welcome,
Dear one.
Make yourself comfortable and feel the surface beneath you receiving the weight of your body.
Let your eyes close if you'd like.
Or allow your gaze to soften.
Take a long,
Unhurried breath.
And as you exhale.
Give yourself permission to arrive exactly as you are.
There is nothing to solve here.
For these next few minutes,
You can simply be with yourself.
If your attention has been everywhere lately.
Reaching toward the people you love.
And taking in far more of the world around you than you may even realize.
Let this be a moment to gently gather yourself back in.
When you experience the world deeply,
It can become second nature to orient yourself toward everyone else.
You become fluent in the subtle shifts.
You sense what is needed before it is even spoken.
And sometimes your awareness travels so far outward that you lose touch with the person at the center of it all.
I invite you to allow this to be a return Draw your attention inward and notice your breath moving through you.
Feel the simple truth of your own presence.
I am here.
Perhaps you've been looking around lately and wondering whether you are doing enough with this life.
It happens so easily.
You catch a glimpse of someone else's unfolding and suddenly begin examining your own.
Their success brushes against an old,
Familiar doubt.
Their certainty makes you question something you felt sure of only moments ago.
And in the process,
The fullness of your own life becomes harder to see.
I invite you to come back to your own ground,
Dear one.
You know every unfinished piece of your story.
You remember the detours,
The doubts,
The moments when you wished you were further ahead.
Of course,
Another person's life can appear more polished from a distance.
But you are standing close enough to your own to see every brushstroke.
And maybe you've been standing so close that you've forgotten to step back and see what you have actually created.
And so I invite you to turn to yourself now with tenderness.
Consider the person you have become through everything you have lived.
Some of your greatest transformations may have happened so gradually that you barely noticed them taking shape.
There are things you once longed for that have become ordinary parts of your days.
Parts of yourself you worked so hard to understand have become wisdom you now carry.
And some of the mountains you climbed have disappeared into landscape behind you because you simply kept walking.
Let yourself see them.
Let yourself see you.
There is so much more here than the mind remembers when it begins measuring.
Your path has been shaped through a combination that could never be replicated.
Everything you have encountered has left something with you.
And everything you've chosen has carried you here.
There is no way to place that beside another human life and decide which one is further ahead.
There may also be parts of you that may never translate neatly into achievement.
Yet,
They still matter.
You still matter.
Take a slow breath.
And imagine gathering yourself closer.
You have spent so much of your life learning how to read the world around you.
What if you became just as devoted to knowing the world within you?
To recognizing the texture of your own truth.
Hearing your desires before they become buried beneath expectation.
Knowing.
Deeply knowing.
When something feels like yours.
There is a wisdom in you that deserves your allegiance.
And perhaps for this breath.
You can loosen the idea that your worth is somewhere ahead of you.
Feel what happens when you recognize.
You have never had to manufacture enoughness.
It is already woven into your being.
It belongs to you as naturally as your breath does.
So soften with that truth.
Let yourself receive Who you are in this moment is worthy of your own love.
This version of you deserves to be seen fully.
And your life.
Exactly where it is today.
Deserves to be honored as part of the unfolding.
There will always be more you could do.
The list will replenish itself.
New desires will emerge and life will keep placing fresh invitations in front of you.
Your existence is larger than all of it.
You were never born to become a completed list.
You are here to experience your life.
To inhabit it.
To know yourself inside of it.
If it feels good,
I invite you to bring a hand to your heart.
Feel your own warmth beneath your palm.
And stay here for another breath.
You can return to this whenever you find yourself disappearing into the lives,
The expectations,
Or opinions around you.
Come back to your own inner landscape.
Remember what you know and remember who you are.
And slowly as you feel ready.
Allow your awareness to widen again.
Feel the room around you and the ground beneath you.
Open your eyes.
Take yourself with you.
All of yourself.
You have always been worthy of your own belief.
