Closing down the eyes whenever you are ready and just taking any last-minute wiggles or movements just to really make sure you are as relaxed as you can be in this moment and before we get started I'm just going to take you through a few rounds of breath just to really help you land into your body so take a deep inhale in through the nose drawing that breath into the belly and letting that belly rise with the breath and exhale through the mouth and again inhale through the nose letting that belly expand with the breath and this time as you exhale really imagine any stagnant or stuck energy being released with the exhale and one more time inhale through the nose drawing that breath deeper and deeper into the belly and again exhaling anything that just is not serving you in this moment just allowing your breath to return to normal and place your palms together into prayer position and rise your arms up so that your thumbs are actually touching the center of your forehead your third eye and this is the energetic center in between your eyebrows you can repeat the following words after me either out loud or in your mind or you can just allow them to really wash over you and flood every cell in your body today and every day I am thankful to my Creator to the divine to the universe source and the highest of frequencies to my spirit guides angels archangels and ancestors for guiding me protecting me loving me supporting me watching over me and leading me closer and closer every single day to my soul's purpose I breathe in these frequencies and these frequencies are always available to me and for that I am so so grateful with every cell in my body thank you take a big inhale in through the nose let that gratitude fill your body and as you exhale imagine that gratitude filling the space around you you lowering your hands now so that they land on your heart center to my body and every cell within me thank you thank you for giving me life health and vitality for keeping me alive and protecting me every single day thank you for my eyes so I can see my ears so I can hear my nose so I can smell my lips so I can speak my skin so I can feel my legs so I can walk and my arms so I can hold those that I love so dearly with every cell in my body thank you take a big inhale in through the nose filling your body with gratitude and once again exhaling that gratitude out into the space around you sharing that gratitude and multiplying that gratitude now placing your hands as close to the earth as you can so maybe that's just the ground where you are or maybe you are outside whatever is accessible to you right now to mother earth our planet thank you for holding me for providing nature which is truly my biggest teacher thank you for the plants that we see we eat and that provide oxygen thank you for the animals that we see and those that we still know nothing about thank you for the oceans the forests and all the land the nourishment the nurturing the wisdom and the intelligence and for showing us what surrender and strength truly looks like in union thank you for every creature and every element that you have created with every cell in my body I thank you take a big inhale in filling yourself up one last time with gratitude and exhaling it out into the space around you feeling that vibration of gratitude now this is the perfect time to set your intentions for the day ahead I invite you to choose one to three intentions for the day and say these in your mind or out loud is actually so powerful these can be things that you want to embody or be during the day ahead intention is truly so powerful and it is through intention that we can change and move energy I invite you to stay in this space for as long as you choose whether this is the start of your meditation practice your journaling practice or maybe it's now time for you to start your day feel free to stay here for as long as you need soaking in those frequencies and that vibration with every cell in your body from my very full heart to yours I hope you have a beautiful day filled with so much gratitude and beauty and I'm sending you so much love you
