Explore MeditationI have practiced meditation since 2008 and have completed a 2-year mindfulness meditation teacher certification program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield as lead teachers. My mentor within the program was Anne Cushman who directed the Mindfulness and Yoga Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. I am also earning a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium. I am most drawn toward the heart practices and wish to share the healing power of presence with others.
