This is a crystal singing bowl sound bath and really it's an opportunity for you to take a break out of your day to rest for a few minutes and to just see if it feels accessible for you to start to notice the energy that exists within your body and see if by giving yourself permission to listen to these singing bowls if you can bring that energy into a state of harmony a state of balance that will support you as you move on to the rest of the day so if you want you can close your eyes you don't have to maybe just begin to notice your breath the sensations of your body breathing and maybe to help you relax into this moment could you just slow your breath down just a little bit take a soft slow breath in and a steady slow breath out give your body permission to relax as much as you can in this moment and do your best to just listen maybe allow these sounds to just wash through you the different tones and notes and frequencies dancing with your own existing energy finding that perfect state of equilibrium just for you and as you get ready to finish this meditation before you blink your eyes open to re-enter your day maybe take just a moment to thank yourself for giving yourself permission to pause to be mindful of your own energy and what you need i wish you peace may you stay in the light
