The subconscious. A door to eternal truth and wisdom. There is so much noise in life the voice inside of us is easily drowned out. In this meditation, we can take a moment to quiet the noise around us and tap into our intuition. When we are connected to our most inner self, we will never take the wrong path, nor will we ever fear the unknown. The subconscious is our friend, it can guide us through life, but we must take the time to become still and tap into the wonder that is our internal self.

Have you ever known something without knowing how you knew?

Somehow in the midst of all chaos,

A moment of clarity.

Maybe you made a decision to leave a job,

To leave a relationship,

To change something in your life.

Where everyone in the world around you questioned it and wondered why.

What occurred in these moments that led to these decisions?

With seemingly no foresight of how it would turn out,

Yet it ending up being a good decision.

This is known as intuition.

This is known as the subconscious.

The subconscious is infinitely wise.

It can tell us things about our life that we would have never known otherwise.

The only problem with the subconscious is that it's very difficult to hear.

It speaks to us in whispers.

And if we're not paying very close attention,

These whispers go unnoticed.

When you take time to meditate,

When you take time to be still,

To remove yourself from the external distractions of the world,

You tune into these whispers.

You become more aware.

So maybe you're in the midst of making a big decision in your life.

Or maybe it's something small and simple.

Should you reach out to this person?

Should you go to this event?

Should you travel to that place?

Very often it can be confusing.

Very often we can make the wrong choice.

But if we choose to listen to the ancient wisdom of the subconscious mind,

We will never be led in the wrong direction.

So what does your intuition say to you?

Many times it's referred to as your gut.

What does your gut tell you?

Listen closely.

Be very aware.

Very often in life,

When we make a poor decision,

When we do something out of our character,

Something that doesn't align with who we are,

It's because we were not silent on the inside.

We did not take the time to listen to the eternal wisdom that we hold within ourselves.

Sometimes,

In life,

It seems as if we're not moving fast enough.

As if we need to be doing more in order to uncover and discover where we need to go and what we need to do.

More often than not,

The opposite is true.

We need less doing,

More being.

Being in tune with the wisdom inside of us as we truly hold answers to the questions we so desperately seek.

So,

What are you contemplating in your life today?

A relationship?

An event?

Something you must do to be who you want to become.

And a surefire way to know if you're listening to your intuition or not is to recognize,

Are you arguing with it?

Are you creating reasons for why you should do this thing,

Be with this person,

Or go to that place?

In an attempt to convince yourself that your intuition is off.

So today,

And in all days.

When an important or difficult decision must be made,

Get very quiet inside of your mind.

Eliminate distractions.

Shelter yourself from external noise and listen.

Become one with your eternal truth and you will never be led in the wrong direction.

Namaste.

Good cadence, insight and relaxing. Information delivered in such a manner that I could pause and digest and practice the message during the delivery.
