Hi, My name is Sampurna. Welcome to the Louisaé inspired series initiated by Ratna Centre for Conscious Living, Where we present a daily quick bite by a Heal Your Life teacher. This is a new year. As we step into this new beginning, It's a wonderful time to go within ourselves. Let's take a moment to connect within, To our lives, To our world, By connecting with our heart's desire. Let's believe in our dreams as we plant new seeds. Please close your eyes, Breathe in, Breathe out and just take in my words. In the infinity of life where I am, All is perfect, Whole and complete. Each moment of my life is new and fresh and vital. I welcome this new year with open arms. I step into the new with love and excitement. This is a new beginning and I am a new me. It's a joy and delight to plant new seeds for I know that these seeds will become my new experiences. I free myself from old expectations and beliefs. I give myself permission to become all that I can be. I think, Speak and act differently and others treat me differently. My new world is a reflection of my new thinking. I step into this new day with peace and joy and love. All is well in my world and so it is. Whenever you're ready, You can open your eyes and come back to this space.
