Honoring Louise Hay, A metaphysical teacher who inspired millions with her message of loving oneself, We at RCCL have initiated this year-long series. Join us each day for a two-minute bite that could transform your life as you're led through a treatment by a HelioLife teacher. Our topic today is power. Louise Hay believed that the power to change our lives is always within us. Our point of power is in the present moment. The thoughts and the words that we choose now are forming our experiences for now and the future. We can choose the way we think and we can choose to change the way we think. It's always our choice. The power is always within us. Let's close our eyes, Breathe in, Breathe out, And just absorb these words. In the infinity of life where I am, All is perfect, Whole and complete. I believe in a power far greater than I am that flows through me every moment of every day. I am one with the power that created me and this power has given me the power to create my own circumstances. I rejoice in the knowledge that I have the power of my own mind to use in any way I choose. I am the power in my world. All is well in my world and so it is. When you're ready, You can open your eyes and come back to the space.
