Hello and welcome to this beautiful guided meditation,
The Bubble of Love meditation.
This meditation is best done first thing in the morning before you begin your day.
And as you start to visualize this beautiful bubble of love through the meditation and knowing that as you move through your day you are protected within this bubble of love.
And as you move through your day any unwanted energy that may come towards you will be transformed into love and returned to source.
You'll find somewhere that you can be seated or lying down comfortably.
And we'll start by taking a few deep breaths.
So inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And one more inhalation through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Exhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Just start to become aware of how your body is feeling in this moment.
Allow your body to soften,
To relax and to fully be in the moment.
And as you become more present within your body I'd like you to start visualizing a big bubble of light surrounding the whole of your body.
You'll visualize this light start to move from your feet and up the front of your body all the way to the top of your head.
And from the top of your head down the back of your body all the way down to the soles of your feet.
And this beautiful bubble of light starts to form down the sides of your body.
And as you feel this bubble surround every single part of your body I'd like you to give this bubble a color of your choice.
So whatever color feels good for you start to visualize this beautiful bubble with this color.
And to feel this love,
This energy that surrounds the whole of your body.
You feel so supported in this moment and you feel safe within your bubble of love.
And as you start this beautiful new day and move through your day remember that this bubble of love is with you and protecting you through the rest of your day.
So whatever situations or experiences that may arise through the day remember that any unwanted energy will bounce off your bubble of love,
Transform into love and return to source.
Return to Mother Earth.
And now just for a few more moments really feel this energy surround you and hold you.
Feel excited for the day that lies ahead of you knowing that you can show up fully.
And as we slowly start to bring the meditation to an end just gently bring your awareness back into your physical body,
Back into the room wherever you are right now.
Start to have some gentle movements within your body.
And as you are ready gently open your eyes and allow yourself to have a beautiful lovely day.
