Welcome to your guided meditation.
Making space to receive.
Creating an inner quiet to notice what is trying to reach you.
Before we begin.
Know that this meditation isn't about searching for a sign or trying to force an answer.
Instead,
It's about spending a few quiet moments slowing down,
Settling the mind,
And creating space to receive.
You may notice a thought.
Of feeling.
An image.
Or perhaps nothing at all.
And all of it is welcome.
There is nothing you need to get right.
Simply arrive with an open mind.
A curious heart,
And a willingness to listen.
Welcome to your meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable and allow your body to settle.
If you're comfortable in doing so,
Close down your eyes.
And take in a slow,
Deep breath.
And then gently let it go.
Again,
Inhale,
Intentional,
Slow.
And then exhale,
Soft.
With each breath,
Imagine creating a little bit more space within you.
Create space between your thoughts.
Space to simply listen.
Space between what you think you should know and what you actually feel.
Create the space to simply be.
For the next few moments,
You don't need to search for an answer.
You don't need to force a sign.
You don't need to figure anything out.
Your only job is to become available to receive.
Imagine your mind as a still body of water.
With every breath,
The ripples begin to settle.
The surface becomes quieter,
Clearer.
And as the water stills,
You may begin to notice what was there all along.
A feeling,
A word.
An image,
A memory.
Perhaps nothing surfaces at all,
And that's okay.
Receiving isn't about forcing something to appear.
It's about becoming quiet enough to notice what naturally arises.
Take a deep,
Intentional breath in.
Bring to mind a question,
Intention,
Or situation you would like guidance around.
Hold it gently.
Silently ask,
What do I need to know right now?
And then release the question.
Let it float away.
No searching,
No analyzing,
Just breath.
Just be quiet on the surface.
Allowing yourself to receive.
Trust that you don't have to chase what is meant for you.
Sometimes the answer arrives as a knowing.
Sometimes as a coincidence.
Sometimes as a conversation,
A song,
A dream.
Or a quiet feeling you can't quite explain.
And sometimes the first sign is simply the peace that comes when you stop trying to control the outcome.
Sit here for a few more breaths,
All on your own.
And then take a final breath in.
And let it go completely.
Carry this openness with you as you return to your day.
Or as you drift away into sleep.
If you're returning to your day,
Keep your eyes soft,
Your mind curious,
And your heart receptive.
If you're drifting into sleep.
Allow yourself to carry this peace of mind,
Body,
And heart with you as you return to the astral realm.
You never know what might catch your attention when you finally make space to notice.
When you're ready.
Allow yourself to return to this moment.
And simply be open to what comes next.
You don't have to chase the sign.
You just have to make space to notice it.
Thank you for joining me on this brief meditation journey.
Make space to receive.
Until next time,
Be well,
Go in peace.
