So just taking a moment to really ask your body how it would be most comfortable right now,
Either sitting or lying down.
And feel free to grab cushions,
Blankets and really to create a warm and safe space to go within.
And when you feel ready,
Begin drawing your focus inwards.
Gently closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and really just taking a moment to land in your physical body.
The sacred temple of your heart and soul and gently noticing how it feels to be in your body in this moment.
And if there's any holding in the hands,
The belly or even the jaw,
Just inviting these places to let go a little.
Allowing any tension to loosen.
That's right.
And now placing your right hand on your heart space and we'll do some heart breathing together.
So let's take a slow deep breath in to the back of the heart and just holding the breath for a moment as we feel into the stillness and expansion.
And then gently exhaling through the front of the heart.
And again,
Let's do another heart breath together.
Taking a slow,
Deep breath into the back of the heart.
Holding the breath for a moment,
Noticing any warmth or tingling or sensations and then exhaling through the front of the heart.
And now in your own time,
Take three more heart breaths.
And I want you to imagine that you are walking along a peaceful forest path on a balmy late spring day.
The birds are chirping contentedly.
And there is a kind warmth in the air.
You can hear the sounds of nature.
And you can already feel your heart awakening to a very pure feeling of love.
After a while,
You come across a very ornate entrance to a secret garden.
On the door,
There is a sign.
The Garden of Self Love.
Notice how it feels to read this sign.
As you enter the garden,
You see a notice board.
On the notice board is written.
I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
This mantra will be repeated throughout the visualisation.
And notice how it is to enter the Garden of Self Love.
Here,
You can allow yourself to be the whole you.
Just as you are.
You matter greatly.
You are loved.
And as you enter the garden,
Notice what you hear.
See,
Smell and taste.
Notice the colours and the forms and the textures.
Everything is welcome here.
I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
Once you have explored the garden,
Find a comfortable spot to lie down and gaze up at the sky.
Imagine that your heart is one of the beautiful flowers in your garden.
And gently allow some more of its petals to begin unfolding.
You are opening to yourself.
You so deserve this.
And in your own time,
Take a couple more heart breaths.
Breathing in through the back of the heart,
Holding and then releasing through the front of the heart.
Deepening into a felt sense of self love.
Allow your voice to make the sound of self love.
Just let it out however it wants to come.

As you gaze up into the sky,
You see three large balloons.
Notice the colours of the balloons.
On each balloon,
There is a question.
As you read each question,
Allow your heart,
Time,
Space and permission to answer.
And really notice the message that you are receiving.
What do you need to let go of in order to love yourself more?
What does self love most want for you?
What does self love long for you to create in your world?
And really take a moment to let the answers seep into your heart,
Holding yourself with kindness and patience.

Take a moment to notice the energy in your heart space right now.
What's the colour,
The quality,
The temperature?
And just allowing your heart's energy to bring forth a word,

Sound or movement.
Something which will really allow you to connect in to the feeling of self love,
Wherever you are.
Gently,
Slowly returning to your physical body,
Maybe having a stretch and taking a breath.
And just in your own time,
Returning with love,
With ease to the present moment.
