Let's begin by starting to connect with breath. I breathe in. I breathe out. Coming into the space, Coming into the present, Coming into the now. And now we begin by opening sacred space. All that is holy, All that is of light, Guardian angels, Archangels, Spirit guides, Ascended masters, Violet flames. Ancestors, Ancestors, Ancestors. All that ever was, Is, And will be, That which is known by a thousand names, Yet remains unnameable. God, Great Spirit, Source, The Divine. We asked you to come into and create this sacred space. May the space be protected and guided. Everything that is happening in this sacred space is for your highest good and the highest good of all. We call in the four directions and their animal spirits. We call in the way of the sow. We call him the Snake. Dear Snake Spirit, We ask you to teach us to crawl upon the earth like you do on your belly to connect to ground. We ask to learn how to shed what no longer serves us wholly and completely, Like you shed your skin. So that we may grow and expand and celebrate that growth as hard as it may be at times. Now, You think. We call to the way of the West, Great Jaguar. We ask you to allow us to ride on your back across the rainbow bridge. To die to our old selves and be reborn into our greatest journey. Purpose, And vision. May you teach us strength, Bravery, And grace. Thank you, Thank you. To the way of the Noor. We call to you great hummingbird and ancestors. To the hummingbird, Thank you for teaching us that we are so much greater than we realize. Though we may feel small, We are mighty. Thank you for teaching us all the wonderful ways that we can be our greatest selves. For you carry a thousand times your weight in nectar. So much stronger than people give you credit for. You can fly backwards and forwards. May you remind us of all of our beautiful talents, Light, And gifts. And to the ancestors, Please protect us, Guide us, Show us the deep wisdom of the divine. Thank you, Thank you. And to the way of the east, The great eagle and condor. Please show us, Show us the sight that we need to see things that we may not be able to yet recognize. Give us the vision and the ability to believe that we can do great things. Allow us to fly above our problems and see the greater vision. For our path and expansion. Thank you, Thank you. We call to Mother Earth, Ache Mama. Please nurture us, Guide us. Root us deep in the beauty of nature and all of your gifts. Recall to your children, The two-legged, The four-legged, The creepy crawlies, The winged ones. We call in plant medicine. Please help us heal our body, Mind, Spirit, And heart with your great medicine and all of the teachers in nature. Thank you, Thank you. We call to your four elements. May the earth ground us and guide us, Give us roots. Dear fire, Please teach us alchemy. And burning down what no longer serves, Being rebirthed from the ashes. Dear water, Teach us flow and resilience. Let us be baptized in the waters. Cleanse us. Clear us. Renew us. And dear wind, Teach us to be able to fly above and to feel freedom. Thank you, Thank you. We call to the sky, Father, Son, The moon, The stars, The realms. Thank you for giving us your infinite wisdom, Protection. Knowledge. Connection to that which we cannot see and which connects us all. We are so grateful, So grateful for this sacred space, For the protection, The guidance. Please help us release what is no longer serving. Please help us understand the things that we cannot and trust in knowing that all is happening for our highest good and the highest good of all. It is so, And so it is. Taking a nice long breath in. Filling up belly, Lungs, Expanding the back of the ribs, And holding it at the top. And then exhale through the mouth. Stay in stillness for as long as you need. When you are ready, Start wiggling fingers and toes. Coming back wholly and completely into the room. May this prayer serve you, Show you, And guide you.
