Welcome to your weekly Terrascope.
This is for August 26,
2024,
The last week of this month.
Well,
This month has been such a working month.
Our whole card of the month was the Nine of Swords,
Which is the worry card.
Then we started off with the chariot.
It was the idea of being able to choose a whole new chariot for us to go on this new journey.
The second week,
The Nine of Cups came and reminded us that we can really choose from our heart and that we can be gentle with ourselves while we're going through this.
Last week,
We took a look at the idea of the tower and what patterns we're ready to let go and how to bring in a new one.
So this last week,
No surprise to see that the devil is our card of the week.
It's a great way to round out this month because the devil is that last little bit of what are we chaining ourselves to?
The devil is interesting and I always find this card to come out when we are blaming something else,
A situation,
Some other person,
Circumstances,
The universe for whatever's happening to us.
Because that's what we think,
It's happening to us versus this is happening for us and also we actually might be choosing it.
We may be chained to it.
Now,
This card usually signifies an overabundance of things.
So sometimes we see this in overabundance of socializing,
Alcohol,
Or whatever.
But this week,
It's actually more about what are the things that we're chaining ourselves to that have us not lead the life we want to lead.
So if we're looking at this month entirely,
We've been looking at the worries and what we've been concerned about.
We have all these worries and are they really the things that are truly there?
Are we worried about things that are accurate?
The devil is playing into that.
This is the last little bit where we can take a look at that and see,
Well,
Actually I do worry about this because so on and so forth and I actually created the situation.
The devil can actually be your friend.
I know it looks like kind of a scary card,
But it can be a great friend because it is a really great reminder that we're the ones that keep ourselves in the situation we're in right now.
It may not look like it and I am sure there is a list of reasons of why certain things are happening to us,
But if somehow we can step out of it,
Sometimes we can see that even though the situation we truly can't change,
We can actually change how we react.
That's actually one of the biggest things that we can do.
There are so many situations that we're in.
The world is creating situations for us that we actually cannot change.
It is very true,
But how we can work with that is how we react to that.
The energy that we're bringing to the table in regards to this topic,
The situation,
This coworker,
This anything is what is going to create your reality.
You can either fall prey to and be a victim,
Or you can realize,
Yeah,
This is a crappy situation,
But I am not going to take it with me.
When I'm at work,
This is what's happening and then when I leave work,
I get into my car,
I'm going to take a deep breath and I'm going to release all that and leave it here.
So,
The devil,
It's a beautiful invitation if you decide to take it.
