Welcome to your monthly Terrascope.
This is for May 2024.
I'm personally really excited about the card and the messages that came through as I was shuffling the stack.
The Seven of Swords is our card of May,
And I really keep hearing and understanding that this month is about really being conscious with our actions and with our choices.
You see,
The Seven of Swords is traditionally a card where there are seven swords and someone is picking up five,
But looking behind at the other two.
And this card is known to be about regret,
Feeling like they left something behind.
Well,
It's a little different this month.
If you were with me in April,
We talked about the Two of Swords,
And that is leading into this.
We've opened our hearts,
We are starting to let down some of our defenses,
And now we get the opportunity to choose exactly what we're bringing in for the goal that we have set aside.
Now,
Whatever that is for you,
Maybe it's a new job,
Maybe it is a whole new way of living your life,
Bringing in a new hobby.
It can be anything.
Well,
We're going to pick the five swords that best suit you.
And I keep hearing,
Pick light.
Don't pick the heavy things,
Pick light.
Pick things that you can travel with that actually are going to do you some good versus have you live in the past.
So anytime in May,
As you're moving forward,
If you get stuck in that,
Ooh,
I should have,
What if I had anything like that?
Pause,
Take a breath,
And remember that you've consciously picked the five that you have with you today.
And trust yourself.
This is a moment to trust yourself.
You do not need the other two.
Let them go,
Give them away,
Take them to goodwill.
I don't care.
It's really,
Truly letting them go.
They're no longer being of service to you.
You're no longer using them.
So why let them gather dust and let them bring you down?
We don't want them to bring you down.
There's this huge energy of you've cleared so much last month that there's space.
And with this space,
You get to pick what you put in,
What you bring along,
What you're going to share with the world,
How you're going to present to yourself.
Light,
Conscious,
Choice.
I keep hearing these words over and over and over again.
Pick the things that matter to you that are going to be helpful.
They're not going to weigh you down and that that's what you want to fill the space that you just created with.
It's so heavy.
And at the same time,
The message behind this card for this month is so light.
It's really joyful.
It's interesting because most of the illustrations of this particular card aren't really that.
And I just get this pure sense of what if you could have fun and pack your backpack with the things that you could really use,
The things that really you want to bring with you.
If you had to open up that backpack,
What are those five things that you want to share with someone else?
So I'm going to leave you with that.
It's making me very curious where all this is headed,
But so far this year,
All the cards are really opening up space for us to become even more,
To be even more.
And I think,
And what I keep hearing,
I really truly believe is we don't even know the amazingness that we are capable of yet.
