Morning is when your identity is set.

Sit comfortably or remain seated upright.

Let your spine be straight but relaxed.

This posture signals readiness without tension.

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

Let it fill your chest,

Then your belly.

Pause briefly.

Now release the breath through your mouth,

Longer than the inhale.

Again.

Inhale slowly.

Pause.

Exhale fully.

With each exhale,

Your mind becomes clearer.

With each breath,

Your energy organizes itself.

You are not rushing into the day.

You are stepping into it.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the weight of yourself where you are seated.

Feel your feet connected to the ground.

This connection creates stability.

Stability creates balance.

Focus.

Now bring awareness to your breath again.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Notice the rhythm.

Now imagine the day ahead of you.

Feel your spine.

Your shoulders.

Your breath.

Everything aligned.

Now imagine the end of the day.

You have completed what mattered.

Not everything,

Breathe deeply.

Now release the images.
