Let's begin now by relaxing the physical body.
You may lay down or sit down,
Allowing your gaze to soften,
Beginning to consciously connect with every breath you take.
Breathing in,
Allowing your belly to relax and expand.
Hold your breath and slowly exhale from your mouth,
Allowing your belly to soften.
Continue with this breathing,
Allowing any tension to float away with your out breath.
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your jaw,
Relaxing the space between your eyes.
Breathing in,
Allowing your belly to expand and exhaling,
Allowing your whole body to soften.
You are in a safe and protected space.
Imagine that as you breathe in,
You can breathe in through the soles of your feet and the crown of your head simultaneously.
Hold your breath,
Allowing the earth energy and cosmic energies to circulate within the center of your being.
And exhale,
Relaxing.
Breathing in through the soles of your feet and crown of your head.
And exhale.
As we breathe in this manner,
We start to activate our earth star chakra and soul star chakra,
Balancing between the two worlds.
Breathe in from the soles of your feet and the crown of your head and hold your breath,
Allowing this natural wisdom to circulate through your entire body and exhale,
Release.
You are becoming weightless.
Every cell in your entire being is vibrating with joy,
Balancing between the two worlds.
Imagine,
Sense or intend that a brilliant golden Merkaba is right in front of you.
And as you breathe in,
You pull in the sacred geometry into every cell of your entire being.
This Merkaba is sacred and is assisting you healing right now in this moment.
As you exhale,
You're letting go of any heaviness and tension in your body.
Breathing in the Metatron star,
The golden Merkaba,
A light body vehicle that spins gently and powerfully throughout all the layers of your body,
Imagining this golden light Merkaba penetrating through all your cells and cleansing away what is not serving your greatest potential.
Breathing in this brilliant golden ray,
Allowing it to wash your insides,
Renewing and nourishing,
All duality in your body,
Balancing and harmonizing masculine and feminine energies with its golden ray.
Every cell of your entire being is vibrating with joy,
Embracing the balance and harmony the golden Merkaba is providing.
Become aware of the love and the bright light within your body,
Allowing every in-breath to strengthen this light and this love.
Exhaling in this Merkaba,
Encircling your whole being,
Filling you with the golden ray,
Forcing you to release what no longer serves your greatest potential.
As you inhale,
You're breathing in the golden light,
Sacred geometry of the Merkaba,
The Medi-Klon star,
And it is balancing every cell of your entire body.
Feel the harmony washing over you right now.
You are as light as a feather,
Pure love,
Pure light,
A radiant being of the divine.
This golden Merkaba,
The golden Medi-Klon star is available to you anytime you wish.
Invite it in,
Allow your whole body to radiate with this golden light,
Nourishing you,
Healing you on a cellular level,
Assisting you to move forward with balance and harmony.
