Welcome to the Magnificent Me Meditation.
You may practice this guided meditation while lying down,
Sitting cross-legged or out in nature for a walk.
Let's begin.
Breathing deeply in and out.
Relaxing.
Feeling your whole body relax.
Breathing deeply in and out.
Relaxing.
Feeling your whole body relax.
Right now,
I am exactly where I need to be,
Releasing all beliefs that do not serve me well.
Right now,
I am letting go of anything from my past that is not in alignment with my divine human potential.
Right now,
I am letting go of anything that is not who I truly am.
Everything that is not in alignment with my magnificence is simply shifting out of my reality now.
I see this powerfully happening now.
With every exhale I take,
I see it leaving my body.
All old,
Limiting beliefs and feelings of unworthiness are shifting away now.
Like a ship out at sea,
Drifting further and further away from me.
Anything that I have felt holding me back in the past is surrounded by my magnificent light and being composted to serve this earth and my healing.
I let go of it now.
Breathing deeply in and out.
Easily and effortlessly,
I have let go of any doubt,
Any disbelief,
Any undermining behaviors of how magnificent I really am.
Breathing deeply in and out.
And now,
As I breathe in,
I allow any new feelings of confidence to rise up within me.
To penetrate every cell of my existence and the space around me.
Filling up with divine grace,
Confidence,
And belief.
I believe in myself.
And I believe in my divine magnificence.
I believe in myself.
And I believe in my divine magnificence.
I am worthy of enlightenment.
And I am worthy of love,
Laughter,
Abundance,
Health,
And joy.
I am worthy of my new dreams of hope,
Faith,
And prosperity.
And I accept them to manifest.
I am limitless.
I am limitless potential.
And I rise like the phoenix,
Soaring above the ashes.
Leaving behind all that no longer serves my divine alignment.
I know that anything is possible.
I already have everything I need.
Right here,
Right now,
Within me.
I am a magnificent being.
I have everything I need to succeed at life.
I am already so loved and nourished in every single way.
Source is always with me and always will be.
I believe I can be my most magnificent self.
I now trust myself and have faith in myself as well as the universe around me.
I am letting in faith with my breath.
Fully,
Completely connected to Source.
My energy is rising.
I am letting in all feelings of acknowledgement of how worthy and magnificent I really am.
I am worthy.
I am capable.
I am the awakened power of love moving through this universe.
I allow myself to feel it.
Life is flowing so smoothly and easily for me now.
I am one with Source,
My magnificence.
As I breathe in,
I allow my magnificence to enter every fiber of my existence,
Which calls in more love and alignment with my highest self.
My magnificence shines through every fiber of my existence.
I feel it powerfully happening now.
Life is amazing.
Life is miraculous.
I am always so in awe by the universal synchronicities coming my way.
Divine assistance is always around me and I accept how amazing my life truly is.
The universe,
Source,
God are always one with me.
I lean into this infinite wisdom with faith and trust,
Knowing that I am always safe and abundant here.
I live in a friendly universe that is always providing for me.
I believe in my Source.
I believe in myself.
And I say thank you to the past for ushering me here now.
I am so grateful for this awareness.
I am so grateful for my magnificence.
I am magnificent and so it is.
