Hello,
And welcome to the crystal meditation.
For this meditation,
It would be beneficial to have a small,
Smooth crystal that you can place on your forehead.
One that will stay in its place and won't be difficult to balance.
Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed and enjoy an energy path with the crystal meditation.
Now let's begin.
Lie down comfortably and place a crystal on your forehead.
Any crystal will do.
If you do not have one,
Place your finger on your forehead and remember the sensation of pressure right where you are pressing.
That will be your crystal.
Begin by taking a few deep,
Natural breaths.
In and out.
In and out.
In and out.
Let your breath fall into a natural flow and clear your mind of all your worries and thoughts.
Clear them away like clouds being blown away by the wind to reveal a beautiful blue sky.

Feel the sun as if it's a living conscious being turning to look into you with a warm,
Vibrant energy.
You suddenly have this sensation that someone is looking at you.
It is a loving and embracing feeling as the white light begins to fill up the crystal and space on your forehead.
The energy of the sun crystal is connecting to the crystal on your forehead,
Creating a link for the powerful energy to enter your body starting with the head.
Feel it as it flows and vibrates through the crystal and into your head.
Feel the sensation as it lights up your mind and completely covers your head.
Continue feeling it through the crystal and into every cell of your being as you continue slow and deep natural breaths.
With each breath,
Feel it pushing its way further and further down your body.
Feel it flowing through your head,
Face and neck,
Down into your shoulders and arms.
Feel it filling your chest and radiating into your lungs,
Creating a warm buzzing sensation everywhere it goes.
Feel as it tingles down your spine and flows out through your back like warm water trickling down your body.
Feel as the energy flows down your chest and abdomen.
Let this sensation continue moving down into your legs and down through your feet.
Can you feel it?
A pulsing vibration of pure white crystalline light.
This is it.
This is how it feels when the light permeates out of you like a great solar flare.
This is how your energy body feels.
Memorize this feeling.
Fear it in each part of you.
Surrender into it.
Become free.
Free from thought,
From worry,
From pain.
Free from the concerns of being a day-to-day person and just be who or whatever you want to be.
Here you can create all that you want.
Here you are the white light.
Here you are the crystal.
A being both animate and inanimate.
Alive and non-living.
A dualistic creature living both here in the now and elsewhere simultaneously.
Now begin to feel the vibration slowing down.
Slowing down to meet the beat of your heart.
Feel as the white light begins to change and take on a new color.
Watch the blanket of light all around you and in you turn pink and become so warm.
So warm like a warm winter blanket in front of a crackling fire.
Feel as all the energy begins to pull itself into your heart like water as it pours into a drain.
The energy pours into your heart to energize and protect you in all circumstances that may not be of benefit to you.
Now that the energy is pouring into your heart and allowing your body to return to its natural grounded state,
You become aware again of the crystal on your forehead.
You realize now that it has become very hot from being a portal for the sun's energy.
Notice as the connection between the sun and the crystal begins to fade and the crystal is now cooling down and soothing your skin.
As the last spark of light leaves the crystal,
You feel this profound peace and a sense of knowing your place in the universe,
Multi-dimensionally and across space and time.
You may lay here a little while longer or begin to move your body starting with your fingers and toes.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and continue your day.
