What is yoga nidra?
Yoga nidra is the yoga of sleep.
It is an ancient practice that allows you to set an intention to help change your life.
So usually when we want to change something about ourselves,
We say to ourselves,
Gee,
I'd like to lose some weight.
And a little gremlin pops up on your shoulder and says things like,
Who are you to lose some weight?
You can't lose weight.
You like sugar too much.
And it grabs you by the throat with this long claws,
And it grips you and so that you can't you feel like you can't do something.
Well,
An intention actually goes behind your thoughts.
So you can't argue with yourself.
In other words,
The gremlin never shows up.
So all of a sudden,
You're eating healthier,
Or the love of your life comes into your life,
Or suddenly you attract more money,
Whatever it is you intend to change or improve on your life.
