Peace can be hard to maintain in our modern hectic lifestyle. But without a deep abiding sense of peace, our lives will be stressful and lack full satisfaction. Watch your breath, and slowly deepen your breathing. When you are ready, introduce a small pause of breath holding at the end of both the inhalation and exhalation. Enjoy the deep peace that begins to wash over you.
