You can take a deep breath.

Take another deep breath.

And as you're sitting there,

Start to bring your focus and awareness to your heart,

To the area all around your heart.

And specifically,

Start to focus on the gratitude that's in your heart.

Bring your attention to the appreciation that you have for so many of the things in your life.

Gratitude is a fullness of heart,

And moves us from limitation and fear to expansion and love.

When we are appreciating something or someone,

Our ego moves out of the way.

And we start to feel connected to everything in the universe.

We can experience our wholeness and oneness with all creation.

One cannot have our attention on ego and gratitude at the same time.

And we can experience our wholeness and oneness with all creation.

And we can experience our wholeness and oneness with all creation.

Hearts are filled with gratitude.

We arrive fully in the present moment,

Letting go of our regrets about the past and any concerns or worries for the future.

Gratitude is therefore such a powerful force,

A powerful tool,

A powerful spiritual practice indeed.

So consider all the things in your life that you're grateful for.

Relationships,

Your health,

Your life,

Your mind,

And the very air that you're breathing right now.

You can feel the miracle of just simply being alive and feeling the deep appreciation for that.

And as you keep bringing your attention to the gratitude and appreciation you feel in your heart,

See how it brings your attention in the present moment.

Gratitude opens our heart to compassion,

Love,

And understanding.

Extend your gratitude and appreciation to the difficult moments and relationships in your life.

Because deep down you know they have brought you a gift.

Trust whatever feelings come up as you're allowing your heart to open more and more,

As you allow your awareness to expand and grow more and more.

If there are tears,

Then trust the tears.

If you feel overwhelmed by a great feeling of love,

Then feel that and let it open you up even further.
