Lay on your back and feel free to place a pillow below your knees if you tend to get back pain after laying for long periods of time.
Tuck your chin into your throat.
Rest your arms by your side.
Close your eyes and begin to connect to your breath.
Starting with five deep breaths by breathing in through your nose for three seconds and inhale for three,
Two,
And one.
Hold your breath for three,
Two,
And one.
Exhale through your throat with your mouth open for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
And repeat.
Inhale for three,
Two,
And one.
Hold and slowly exhale for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
And again,
Inhale,
Hold,
And slowly exhale for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Again,
Inhale.
With every breath allow yourself to quiet the noise in your mind and hold so that you can transition from your outside world and into the world inside of you.
Exhale for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
And one more.
Inhale,
Hold,
And slowly exhale for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
And now,
Just be.
Just be.

Be with your natural breathing rhythm and allow yourself to be a witness of all of it as you follow my voice.
Keep witnessing yourself existing.
Witness the infinite intelligence that keeps you alive through your breath as you do absolutely nothing.
Keep watching.
Feel the heaviness of your head as it rests on the ground.
Feel your neck as it connects your head to your body.
Feel your chest and your shoulders.
Feel your arms as they hang off your shoulders and feel the heaviness of your arms as they rest on the ground.
Bring awareness to your rib cage as it encases your lungs and your heart.
Bring awareness to your stomach,
Your lower back,
And your waist.
Feel the weight of your hips as they rest on the ground.
Feel your upper thighs as they connect and hang off your hips.
Feel the heaviness of your legs as they rest on the ground.
Feel your knees.
Feel your lower legs as they connect all the way down to your feet.
And experience your feet and your toes.
And allow yourself to experience the bottoms of your feet.
And now just feel as your whole body rests on the ground and becomes one with the earth.
Keep witnessing your existence.
Now enter back into your body and bring life to your eyes.
Raise your lips to your ears and allow yourself to experience the excitement of a deeper knowing of your life's vision unfolding in this very moment.
Imagine now you are in your bed waking up to a new morning,
A new day.
You are excited to start your day of purpose.
You wake up with energy and you are grateful and excited to start your day.
You roll over and kiss your life partner.
You start your day with a healthy and vibrant breakfast.
You begin your day with activity and you are feeling fitter and healthier than ever.
What are you doing?
Maybe you go to the gym,
A hike in nature,
A jog along the beach,
Your favorite yoga class.
See yourself engaging in a practice of self-love through your health and fitness.
As you move along your day,
What are you doing?
Who are you speaking with?
What are you feeling as you move through your life filled with purpose,
Excitement,
And meaning?
What does that feel like in this moment?
Create the experience behind your eyes and in your lips and your cheeks.
Allow these feelings to run through your whole body.
Feel your heart expand and your belly filled with passion.
As you continue to move along your day,
Watch as you live feeling free.
Free of judgment,
Free of stress,
Free of guilt,
Free of fear,
And full of abundance and possibilities.
See yourself spending it with who you want,

See yourself feeling humbled by the life that you are blessed with.
What does this room look like?
Experience this moment in your eyes,
In your cheeks,
And in your humble smile.

See yourself laying in your bed,
Grateful to end the day,
Reflective on how to be better for yourself and for those in your life,
