Hello,

Welcome to the five minute focus meditation.

Find yourself a comfortable position where you can sit upright,

Eyes closed and your hands softly relaxed on your knees,

Palms facing up.

Lengthen your spine while pulling your chin into your throat and lift the back of your neck up into the sky.

Raise your chest and lift your waist out of your hips to lengthen your lower abdomen.

Now take a deep breath as you commit yourself to this position and experience your best self.

The one that feels purposeful,

Passionate,

Empowered,

Inspired,

Fully self-expressed,

Clear and grateful.

Allow yourself to focus on your being in this very moment as you continue taking deep intentional breaths.

With every breath hold yourself up stronger.

With every inhale allow your body to expand to lift your skeleton upright.

And with every exhale feel your tissues melt to the ground while still allowing the structure of your skeleton to lift up to the sky,

Creating space between every single vertebrae in your spine.

And now focus.

Focus on this experience.

Focus on the feeling of your best self.

With your eyes still closed,

Feel your eyes widen and fill with curiosity.

Lift the corners of your lips towards your ears and feel the joy in the experience of you.

And stay there.

Stay committed to this experience.

Allow yourself to embody all of these parts of you.

Now bring your attention to the center of your forehead between your eyes,

The center of your chest and your navel.

See a line that connects these three points and focus on these three points simultaneously.

Do not take your focus off these three points.

Acknowledge the left side and the right side of this line.

Acknowledge whether or not you can connect to one side more than the other,

But do not do anything.

Stay focused on the line that connects to the center of your forehead,

The center of your heart and your navel.

Do not let your mind wander.

Stay committed to this line and keep breathing.

Keep curious in your eyes.

Stay joyful in your smile and focus.

Chin into your throat,

The back of your neck lifting to the sky,

Chest rising up,

Waist lifting off your hips and your lower abdomen lengthening.

Keep breathing.

Commit to the line that connects the center of your forehead,

The center of your heart and your navel.

Keep focusing.

Acknowledge yourself.

Acknowledge your being.

Focus on your alignment and know that this part of you is connected to your heart desires and is all that matters.

Stay focused.

Stay centered.

Stay you.

I found the music to be a little loud and fast/intense for the experience, but I definitely had a great experience, feeling some physical sensations I have not felt in a while during a meditation. Thanks you Rosa!

Excellent. Short and simply, but powerful just the same. Exactly what I needed.

So happy I ventured out and looked for something new, outside of my favorites. It is very engaging and uplifting. I felt it was a lil different then my typical morning meditation. Extremely clear guidance and simple actions. In my top 3 favorite morning meditations, thank you, your effort changed my outlook on this day!!
