Transcript

Begin this meditation by sitting up comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the ground.

Make sure that your head is raised up,

Your shoulders are back,

And you really feel power running through you before you begin the meditation.

Now close your eyes.

Start by breathing in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

So breathing in one,

Two,

Three.

Exhaling through the mouth one,

Two,

Three.

Another one,

Two,

Three.

Exhale out one,

Two,

Three.

Last one,

In through the nose one,

Two,

Three.

And exhale it all out through the mouth one,

Two,

Three.

Now you can breathe normally.

Visualize a cloud now of golden light above your head.

Seeing this cloud getting bigger and bigger.

Now watch it as it becomes a rain cloud.

See that rain flowing down from the cloud washing over your body.

As that rain falls over you,

Witness it pulling any stagnant or old energy off of you now.

Just witness as that rain is just pulling it off,

Flowing over you,

Clearing your aura field,

Clearing your energy,

Helping you to feel revived,

Refreshed.

Just keep feeling that flooding over you,

Washing off any old things.

Now as that light continues to flow over you,

Find now that you're focusing on your feet.

See vines or roots flowing out the bottoms of your feet and into the ground below you.

See those vines or roots getting longer and bigger,

Spreading out further and further,

Really anchoring you into the ground below.

Now visualize that you're walking through a beautiful meadow filled with wildflowers.

It's a lovely day.

The air feels warm.

There may be a little cool breeze coming by.

The sun is out.

There's white puffy clouds,

Blue skies.

You feel peaceful as you're walking through this meadow.

As you're walking,

Just notice the sounds,

The sights,

The feelings.

Maybe you hear bees buzzing.

Maybe you hear crickets or birds.

Do you feel the wind on your face?

Do you feel that warmth of the sun?

Just continue to walk and notice.

As you walk now,

You're going to see somebody up ahead on your right.

Continue to walk towards them.

As you get closer,

See what you can notice about their appearance.

Do you recognize them?

Do they look human?

Do they look otherworldly?

Do they look like an animal?

Whatever you're seeing here is correct for you and your journey.

Now you should be getting very close to them.

So when you do,

Stop.

And say,

Hello.

You will recognize now that this is a very wise being.

They hold the wisdom of the universe within themselves.

Ask this being,

This person,

This animal,

Whatever it is,

Ask them now,

What message of wisdom do you have for me today?

And now just listen or notice what answer you're getting here.

It may be words.

It may be pictures or visuals or just a deep knowing.

If you need more clarity on this message,

Please ask for it.

If you don't understand,

You can ask for it in a different way.

Tell them to show you some other way that you'll understand.

Thank them for their message.

Now they're going to lead you down the path,

So make sure to follow them.

As you're walking along,

You'll see coming up in front of you a big wall.

As you're approaching,

Just notice what does this wall look like?

What's the detail of it?

What's it made of?

How tall is it?

How wide is it?

Can you see the end?

Maybe you can't.

Once you reach the wall,

Are there any other details you can see now that you're closer?

Just take them all in.

Ask the wise being now,

What does this wall represent in my own life?

Now ask,

What do I need to do to break this wall down or remove this wall from my life?

And then ask,

What action do I need to take to remove it?

If you need any clarity,

Ask for that now.

Now this wise being is going to show you a doorway inside the wall.

Let them guide you to it.

And then walk through the doorway.

The wise being may or may not follow.

Now you're on the other side of the wall.

What does this look like here?

Just notice what's appearing.

Maybe it's a scene.

Maybe you're being welcomed.

Maybe something else is showing up.

Just notice what's going on here and take it all in for a moment.

What you're being shown here is what your life will look like once you remove this wall.

So just noticing now,

Looking around,

Getting into the scene,

Engaging with it.

How do you feel?

How does this version of your life make you feel inside and out?

How are you interacting with this part of your life that could be?

Just really feel into the emotions here.

When you're ready,

Go back through the doorway that you came.

Back to the other side of the wall.

And meet your wise being again.

This wise being will now hand you a flower.

Just take a look at the flower.

Notice the appearance,

The color,

The shape.

Maybe you know what kind of flower it is.

Maybe you don't.

How big is it?

How small is it?

And ask the wise being,

What does this flower represent in my life?

And how I feel about this wall or just about myself in general.

Now thank the wise being for spending time with you today and helping you to see these messages about your life.

Now starting to walk back on the path the same way you came.

Notice anything different about the scenery.

About how you feel.

As you walk now,

You're going to notice that there's an object on the ground coming up in front of you.

As you get close to it,

Stop in front of it and pick it up if you can.

Just really take a look at it.

See what it is appearing as.

And then ask out loud,

What does this symbolize in my life?

How is this an object that can help me with my actions to break down those walls?

Now put it in your pocket if you feel like it.

And continue walking.

Towards the end of the path now,

You're going to see a flower that looks different than all the other flowers in the meadow.

You're going to know that this is your flower.

It's just going to appear differently.

Maybe it's more vivid.

Maybe it's shining brightly.

Just approach the flower now.

And really take it all in.

How big is it?

How small is it?

What color is it?

What does it look like?

Do you know what kind of flower it is?

As you're looking at this flower,

Notice the color really significantly.

And know that that color is representative of the chakra that needs healing in your body today.

It needs a little bit of a refresher.

Now either pick the flower off,

Pick it up,

Or just touch it to somewhere on your body that feels correct.

You may see yourself eating it or smelling it too.

Whatever is happening here is right.

Now notice what happens to your body once you've put this flower next to it.

Do you feel that chakra lighting up?

Do you see your body getting stronger or brighter?

Do you feel peace washing over you?

Just notice what's happening here.

Now you're on the edge of the path now where we began.

Before we get out of this meditation,

Think back to everything you experienced today.

First,

What did that wise being look like?

What message did they have for you on the path?

What did that wall represent in your life and what did it look like?

How can you break it down,

Remove it from your life?

What actions do you need to take to do so?

What did your life look like and feel like once you do remove that wall?

What flower did the wise being give you to represent your life right now?

What object did you pick up on the ground and how did that symbolize your life or help for what you're going to go through to remove that wall?

Finally,

What did that big flower look like at the end that was colorful?

What color was it?

Where did you put it on your body and how did you feel afterwards?

Now let's just take in a deep breath in through the nose,

Keeping your eyes closed.

Let it all out through the mouth.

Another deep breath in through the nose.

Exhale it all out through the mouth.

Last one in through the nose.

Exhale it all out through the mouth.

Find yourself coming back into your body,

Feel your soul slipping back in.

Find your feet in your feet,

Your hands in your hands,

Your head coming into your head.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Sway your body,

Shake a little bit.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

You may want to journal about this because you may forget it,

So it is always a good idea to write things down.

Have a good rest of your day.
