Close your eyes and breathe naturally.
Take a deep breath in and let it out.
Take a comfortable breath in and let it out.
Another breath feeling it with the greatest of ease in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And now with intention relax your head,
Relax your eyes and your face and mouth.
Smile a gentle smile and feel all the tension drain from your face.
Move your attention to your neck,
Relax your neck and feel calm and safe.
With this feeling of relaxation,
This familiar tingling moves down through your shoulders.
Feel them drop down,
Drooping in relaxation.
Notice your chest relaxing and your stomach relaxing and you feel this warm sensation running all the way through your body.
Now it extends down through your legs,
Down the back of your calves and the front shins,
Down through your feet and toes and now you are in a state of total relaxation,
Tranquility,
Calmness,
Safeness,
Serenity.
Now as you are here relaxed and safe and comfortable,
Reflect on your self purpose and life vision,
Your aspirations,
Who you are,
What you wish to achieve,
What is your vision.
Visualize it,
See yourself having fulfilled it,
Be the vision and be grateful for it.
Stay with this for a few minutes.
Now make whatever affirmations you wish to make for the day and for the future.
Include a special intention for today and now state that today you will let the universe flow through you,
That enlightenment is your natural state,
That everything that will happen to you during the day will be for your greater good.
Say that you will experience every emotion fully today and accept that your life around you mirrors you inside.
You will be aware and open to opportunities during the day.
You will see anyone who wrongs you as a teacher and accept that everyone in the world today is doing the best they can from the level of consciousness they are at.
You will not judge anyone or anything today.
Now slowly begin to move your feet and hands and you can open your eyes and enjoy one of the most amazing days of your life.
